CrossFit Hopkins

My wife and I were out visiting some family. I reached out super last minute for a drop in inquiry and Josh responded very quickly! While I was working on my own stuff during open gym, he was working with a few adaptive athletes. As another CF-L3 Coach, I appreciated the way Josh was working and interacting with those athletes. He knows his stuff!! The gym is extremely clean and the members I met were incredibly nice. Would highly recommend joining this gym and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town!

A great gym for all people regardless of experience and ability level. The top notch coaches focus on proper technique and provide appropriate accommodations to make workouts suitable for every athlete. CFHK has a welcoming atmosphere, clean facility, and friendly community of members.

Great facility with a large variety of weights and equipment for CrossFit, functional fitness, and power or Olympic lifting. Welcoming community with athletes of all skill levels and abilities. Doing a CrossFit class while personal training clients with spinal cord injuries is something special; my excuses are no longer valid when I complain about running to someone who doesn’t have that ability. But we share the common bond of fitness and self improvement.

CF Hopkins has a great community feel and the trainers/owners really take the time to know every person who walks in the door. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new gym
