We sold a house on behalf of my disabeled Vietnam veteran brother.
After the sale, we found the realtor engaged in a pocket sale which is illegal in many states.
The new buyer sold the same house 2 weeks later for over 70k more.
My brother needed that money for his exorbitant nursing home fees.
