Jackie was EXCELLENT! She works the front desk and was so kind and professional.
We just purchased a car and wanted a mechanic shop to look at it before we purchased.
They got us in, did the inspection, gave us a detailed report of their findings and didn’t try and push us on any services.
I also really liked that they have prices listed, clear to see, so it’s not a “let’s see how much that costs” answer most mechanic shops do.

I would recommend these guys to anyone who lives up in Syracuse and needs service’s.

The only place I trust with my cars! I had been having issues with my vehicle for several months and had taken it to two dealerships to get fixed. The first dealership had it for over a week and finally told me they couldn’t figure out the issue. The second dealership also had it for over a week and misdiagnosed the problem as a heater core and replaced that. Of course, that wasn’t what was wrong with the car because I still had the same issues. I finally took it to Pearson where they had it for less than an hour and was able diagnose the ACTUAL issue and was amazing working with my extended warranty to get it fixed! I will always choose Pearson’s.

We had a last minute major move and Pearson made it so much easier by allowing us to pick up our rental haul earlier than planned. They were so friendly and easy going about it. Thanks!

Honest, friendly, & fast! I bought a used car and asked them to check it out and see if I needed any fluids or filters changed. I asked them to put on new brake pads too. They did the brake pads, but said nothing else was needed! I love having an honest shop to take my car to!🙌🏻

Fixed our clutch after another repair shop fixed it incorrectly. They were great about communicating updates and it works great now.

We moved away from Utah about 4 years ago, and we came back for a few months. My wife’s car was making a funky noise and we brought it to them since they were the only ones we trusted when we moved here. They did not disappoint! This place is a gem, honest and not trying to price gauge you. We can’t recommend this place enough!

We love these guys! They are the absolute best of anywhere that I've ever taken my car. They even take excellent care of our decrepit cars in their old age and as they struggle through safety an emissions. Ken (the owner) hires good staff, gives a fair price, is honest, and gets work done in a timely manner. They always listen and even give advice over the phone and are never pushy. They also always call and let me know the diagnosis before making any repairs so I can let them know what route I want to take. One time we had a car die and they let me push it around the corner after business hours so they could look at it the next morning. When it was diagnosed that my car was dead for good, Ken priced new and used parts and let me know pros and cons to having them make such a major repair with each option for parts. I've always been happy with my service, my parents always use Pearson as well, and we always recommend them. Thanks Pearson Auto!

P.S. After reading other reviews, I have to add that Cody has always been great to deal with as well. He's always forth coming and answers all my questions. When Ken isn't around, I always deal with him and have always had pleasant experiences.

I have gone to Pearson’s for many years and have always been impressed with their honesty and their prices. When I have a repair that is beyond my skill level I trust these folks 100%. I have recommended several relatives to them as well and their experience has been the same. This is a great business.

This is a good place to go to have your car fixed. Friendly and attentive staff. Ken is honest and thorough in his work. I feel like the pricing is fair and I haven't been up sold on anything that did not need to be fixed. I would recommend this place to any of my friends or family. You can also get your propane tanks filled here as well.

I have been taking my vehicles to this shop for quite a few years. They have been wonderful with the services that I have needed done. They are efficient, polite, and are quick to solve any issues that i have needed a professionals help in accomplishing. With the kind of service that I receive from their shop, I will remain a loyal customer, also referring friends and family to them.

I have been there several times for emissions and on the spot renewal on my 33 foot motorhome. They are awesome. Just pollution tested and on the spot registration renewal of my Chevy Tahoe. Still very happy with their service.

I went to Pearson's based solely on my father-in-laws recommendation to get my transmission serviced. They went above any beyond my expectations. They were professional and fixed my transmission problem. My truck runs better than it has before and they charged a very fair price. Jackie was awesome too! Pearson has always been a great place to take my vehicles. They are quick and courteous. They have always been very nice.

5 stars for this shop. All crew members were awesome to deal with. Ken was able to get me in next day and have repair made that day. Crew worked fast and efficient. Price of job was very reasonable. I will continue to use these guys in the future

Getting emissions done with my car yesterday was very quick less than 20 minutes from no appointment walk in to driving away. I go to this place every year.. The service there is great!
