Big Boy

Came from Chicago, passing through. It has that diner feel. It’s not a 5 star restaurant, but it definitely hits the spot. Quick service, fresh pies. Only bad thing was the dirty bathrooms. They don’t seem to clean them at all

Best maintained and operated Big Boy I've seen in years. Clean and remodeled interior and top notch attentive and friendly service. Food is classic Big Boy menu and fresh. I currently live in state without Big Boy but this will be my 1st stop every time I'm in town.

Stopped here tonight after a very long day of traveling with my toddler. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the young man who won a stuffed animal in the claw machine and gave it to my son, to our waitress who kept my coffee cup full and offered me one to go. Every employee had a smile on their face and was very pleasant.

Went there alone and ordered vanilla shake and swiss mushroom burger as recommended by staff … both of them were great. Will definitely return and try more dishes. Lovely staff, great food.

We had the most wonderful meal with our family there tonight. The staff made our kids feel welcomed and made their night so special. Definitely will be back again!!!

I had never had a Big Boy sandwich that didn't have tartar sauce on it. The special sauce was good though. The burgers seemed bigger than the burgers that come on the Frisch's Big Boy sandwich down here in Ohio. The fries were hot and fresh. I also tried the Reese's cake. That was so good but I forgot to take a photo of it!

The fresh fruit was really good, especially the honey dew. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server was really nice.

I had only ever heard of the chain from Austin Powers, so I had one of those "that really exists?!?!?" moments. Surprisingly good quality food (reminded me a lot of a slightly nicer Steak and Shake) and friendly staff for the price range. Most options are under $10 before drinks, a rarity with inflation at similar places, especially so close to a major airport.

Amazing veal parmesan and garlic bread should be the best favorite meal besides the slim Jim when I come here. MYRIA , Tatiana and Rochellle we amazing waitresses! Odie Killin it in the kitchen .great time!

We we're visiting Michigan from Florida. This was a great spot to grab something quick and delicious.

Love this place! Been going since I was in my teens. 65 now and it brings back memories. Can't live without a big boy and fries every now and then.

Haven't been to a big boy in probably 20 years, but it was great and brought back some good memories of eating there as a kid. I got the chicken and waffles with the salad bar (I know, i know, weird combination), and everything was tasty. Hopefully it won't be another 20 years before I am back again.

The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Will be back.

Customer Service great, the food was served timely and fresh; the Hot Fudge Ice Cake is still my childhood favorite!

We love Big Boys in Romulus! Hate that a lot of other Nig Boys all closing. People are friendly and good is really good!

I love this place! I always get a slim jim. It's never let me down so I dont venture out! Kids love their breakfasts. Hubby got the chicken and liked it a lot but was sad they put it on top of lettuce because hes a picky eater and the lettuce stuck to it. I thought it was hilarious because he needs to eat more veggies :)

Unfortunately, all of the Big Boys by me have closed down. when I saw this Big boy I knew I had to go and get my favorite sandwich of all time a Slim Jim. Was delicious!

We went on a Saturday at lunch time while staying at the Hilton next door. It has been a while since I went somewhere and got good service AND good food. The waitress Taylor was sweet, attentive, and professional. The cook cashed us out and he was super nice as well.

It was just an overall good experience and we only spent $4 more than we did the night before at Checker's and actually ate the food.

We'll definitely be back next time we are in the area.

I didn't catch the black girl's name at the counter Who serviced me but her attitude was awesome. She was so sweet and professional. I ordered the hot fudge sundae to go. I believe the manager came out to make sure I had been serviced, he was nice and pleasant. Very good experience for just a carryout and I look forward to dining in soon. Thanks everyone for a pleasant experience here.

I wasn’t expecting much, and was told by people to not come here. I came anyways. And I felt right at home. Nice salad bar with good clam chowder. I had the big boy burger with fries, which was ok. I told the manager and/or owner it was my first time and noticed I was bringing the food home and made fresh fries for me. Then she sat down with me gave me a free dessert. it was an amazing experience!
