This location had outstanding service, i was very pleasanty surprised with my visit to this location, after finding the other location closed. Michelle was helping with our order at the drive through and immediately I was shocked at how polite and friendly she was.
It is very out of the ordinary to hear such an upbeat and lively voice on the drive through speaker, so it was very refreshing. She suggested a great deal which saved me a ton of money and made me comfortable in ordering more food than I had planned for the price. The food also came out very fast and hot and fresh, it was a really good meal.

Michelle should be running this place, if she could teach her standards of practice to others, then this place would doing excellent. I wanted to give her a cash tip but she politley refused, I hope she receives some recognition for her efforts.

Are you guys low on inventory? .. are you trying to conserve your onions? Onions make the burger taste better. You need more onions on your burger. Sometimes you receive barely any onion, just one small slice.

Donna went above and beyond ! They ran out of chicken so she stopped what she was doing went all the way to Nashville to a private farm to raise healthy chickens and bring them back to serve us the best of the best ! Thank you Donna for looking out for me and my families health . Give this woman a promotion ASAP! I will always drive across the world to revive this amazing service .

I love going to this checkers. The last 20 times ive came here ive never had cold fries. Working in fast food for over 11 years i know that can be hard to do sometimes plus the big bufords are good too. Keep up the good work.

Lady working the window was super awesome. I was being a grumpy Butt all day and she helped turn it around for me. I can’t thank her enough tbh

3/10 for food quality tho. I don’t think i enjoy checkers burgers. 🤮

A greasy bag of goodness without fail. I mean that in the best way! If you've never had their Monsterella sticks, try them. They have the same coating as the fries! Yum! Also, the guy taking the orders, today, (9/8/21 around 7:30pm) was very chill and friendly. Appreciated his vibe on a hard day.

It's usually good at night I tried the mozzarella sticks not my cup of tea to salty bbq burger was ok The sweet tea was great 🤤

Its rly good fast food, the service isnt always great but that is to be expected with fast food. Plus in my opinion the bad service is worth it to get my hands on those fries man.

Everything is usually hot unlike most places.if ur getting a fish sandwich ask for a fresh one.thats how I like mine

They were slammed and kept it moving! Food was great 👍👍. So we're their attitudes!

The food was very tasty. We enjoyed the weather and ate our burgers and fries at the table outside.

My first time eating here, portions seem smaller than other fast foods but I think it's cheaper so it evens out I guess. Food was really good. I will go again! Gotta pay for the sauce.

Danielle was awesome. As I was pulling up to pay there was a fire( in the freezer I think.). She was composed and cherry while trying to give me my order, call her supervisor and the fire department. If I could hire her I would!

Food was fast an hot not a mess

Food is great, the minus star on it is because 1 moz stick from my 6 order wasn't there. Service was prompt and polite, and a joy to talk to at the window, very fast. I don't mind. 5 stars for slips and giggles.

One of the best regarding burgers and loaded cheese fries!

My experience here at checkers was amazing fries were hot Burger was perfect chicken strips were to die for. Now for the only bad part of this experience the price has gone up so high I can't blame the location for this but wow. Although the price was high well worth it for my stomach being full thank you Rallies AKA checkers

My wife and I came through the drive-thru about 11ish. The line was long, but moved pretty quickly. We had a decent sized order and they got everything correct. The staff was also polite, even when they were PACKED, unlike most drive thru restaurants when they have a rush. Will definitely be back!

One of our favorite places to find for fast food since we do not have a Checkers in Northern MI. We will definitely be going back. Food was great and so was the staff
