Had Skylee come to do an assessment on my house. She was so personable and knowledgeable. I felt like she was transparent and honest. She genuinely seem to care about my situation and getting me the best deal she could. I felt very relaxed and comfortable with her. Overall great experience in the first phase of figuring out how I'd like to sell my house.

My agent Rachael was incredible. She was respectful of my boundaries, didn’t try to push anything on me which I highly appreciated. She let me look around, she what I liked of the home, what I didn’t and really processed that with me. She was focused on what is best for me, instead of pushing to sell the home which was really refreshing. I felt comfortable around her and didn’t feel like I had to make immediate decisions (which then could be something I could potentially regret) overall— amazing !

Overall we give Kris Lindahl 5 stars for getting our home sold and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. However, we did have some reservations about the closing company's attention to detail. We also felt there was some lack of communication after we got the offer on our home. After completing buyers' inspection report home repairs, we submitted Invoices, Lien Waivers etc. but never heard if they had been received and were acceptable. Everything turned out OK, it just would have been nice to know what was going on "behind the scenes".

I have known Michelle for many years and was really looking forward to having her help me with my next home purchase. Michelle set me up right away with listing and the exact pricing that would fit in my budget. We had a lot of conversations about the prospects and road trip.
Michelle has really turned out to be a great asset for me and my home buying experience.

I wanted to share my experience working with the Kris Lindahl team and specifically Brett Huelsman. My wife and I were handed a task to sell her parents house as-is since they were being moved to assisted living. I'll admit I was skeptical at first with Brett coming in with the highest bid for the home. You don't really know, especially when it's a big.. overly advertised company (Billboards everywhere).

I was pleasantly surprised when I started working with Brett. He was responsive, professional and timely. We ran into a few obstacles that Brett and I worked through quickly and efficiently.

The only spot I would say was difficult was working with Closing Hub and their overstepping on Power of Attorney viability and usage for the sale. This added a lot of un-needed stress and hoops to jump through. Luckily Brett was there to help with this. I would say though if you are acting as a Power of Attorney, maybe think about using a different closer...

Other than the caveat of the closing company, Brenda the Buyer (the actual as-is entity of Lindahl Real Estate) was very good. Brett was very good. I am very pleased and will use them again for any quick sale.

I love my home!!!! After months with a realtor and not getting the attention I needed to buy my 1st home. Donna and I just briefly talked about my experience and she showed me a house and it was a done deal from there. Since Donna took over as my realtor it was like night and day. Any think I needed she was there. It did take time to find my forever home, but Donna was so patient and she fought side by side with me day by day to make sure I get what I wanted. I can’t explain how happy I am with my forever home and how happy I am she came into my life when she did. Thank you Donna Dahl for all that you did for me.
