El Vallarta Mexican Restaurant Gretna

Fernando was great! Very friendly, fast service, attentative. The food has great flavor and always comes out hot. It's our go to! Even if we lived further into Omaha we would still come back here.

Very good Mexican restaurant!

We stopped by for lunch as we were in the area. Had the guacamole, horchata, mixed chicken and steak fajitas and steak burrito. Ended the lunch with flan.

The service was quick and on point. The food came out very fast and was super hot and extremely tasty! The horchata was homemade and so was the delicious flan!

The atmosphere was of a typical Mexican restaurant with some TVs and Mexican background music!

Overall great place and we'll be back again soon.

El Vallarta in Gretna! Fantastic food. Had a deluxe steak burrito. The margarita was almost as big as my head and I could actually taste the tequila. It wasn't super sweet like some. Look at the pint glass in the picture for size reference. Friendly and speedy staff. Will definitely be back!

Excellent food. We were seated near the kitchen. Could have done without the loud techno music coming from there, but enjoyed our experience overall. Will go back again.

El Vallarta is a great option for dining in Gretna. For the times I have dined here, the food is consistently good, and the margaritas are a nice addition to your meal.

Service was great and time to get food, drinks and appetizers was phenomenal! A little disappointed that the beans and rice were s as little bland. Get the chicken nachos and sopapillas for dessert! You get for so May need a couple of orders for dessert!

This is a favorite of mine. The food is good and always seems to arrive pretty quickly after ordering. Some of the servers are friendly while others are more on the quiet side, but they've never been less than kind! The kids menu is also great for picky eaters like mine, who won't even try a bite of something new without a fuss.

Expansive menu choices give you the option to try something new on every visit! The kitchen works lightning fast, and the servers are all friendly. Can't ask for more!

Great food, great service and great prices! Wish they would still have Dos Equis Amber on tap, though! That was my favorite part!

Arrived 8:15pm. Seating was slow, waiter said they were short staffed that night. Waiter was attentive and offered excellent food suggestions. I had steak Chili Autentico, delicious in every way. Very generous portions. Wife had "create you own combo", burrito & taco. She said it was tasty. Margaritas were excellent too.

My son loves the burgers and fries and he likes that he got to add toppings to the burger.

The waiters have all been friendly & attentive-both noticing a need on their own as well as quickly responding to requests. The food is delicious, especially their chips. The service we received on a Friday night was extremely quick. Honestly, probably the quickest service any of us had ever experienced at a sit down restaurant. Quite impressive! Service was quick even when I went on a packed Saturday evening in late summer.
Definitely will be coming back again and would recommend.

We eat at this place in Gretna and loved it. Unfortunately, I didn’t take photos. The service was great, the food was first rate, and the price was VERY affordable. My wife noticed there there were tons of hispanics eating there. She say that’s a great indicator of quality.

I am so impressed with this place! I was visiting from out of state and ate here with my dad and his girlfriend. The fajitas were so delicious, the margaritas were just right, not too sweet, and the service was wonderful. I actually can't wait to return to Nebraska and go here again.

Food simply does not come out from the kitchen quicker than this place can do it. And it comes out good and hot. Fantastic place to take kids. Quick and good service and a margarita for mom and dad. That’s how you do it.
