Gretna Ace Hardware

The store staff at the Gretna store does a great job answering questions. I had a UPS return, and they were able to help. The store also has a good selection of miscellaneous small parts to help complete most home projects.

I recently built a house in Gretna and always have something to work on at home. Ace has been awesome for the many supplies I need. They have a good selection of tools but the best thing about this store is their employees and their awesome customer service. Sometimes I have to shop at Lowe's, but it's never fun when you can't find what you need and no employees are around. That never happens here - every employee I've talked to helps you find what you need right away. It's just kind of a lost art these days, but it's a simple way to keep your customers coming back. Ace in Gretna is a great place to shop.

Very good place to get hardware and tools. The staff are very helpful and can locate the item in need very quick.

They have really done a great job with their expansion into the new building. Yes you are going to pay a little more than the big box stores, but it makes up for it in both convenience and better trained help. Often the time i save driving 3 minutes to Ace more than makes up for the 20-30 minute drive to menards/ home depot, in terms of time and gas costs. They do have a smaller selection with respect to odd sizes and number of brands, but for most items you can find what you are looking for.

This store is the greatest. All of the employees I’ve interacted with are extremely helpful and friendly. I called looking for an item and they checked the shelves to verify they had. I said I’d be up there to get them and they said they’d have them at the register for me. I walked in and purchased them and was out of there in a flash. So friendly and great attitude! Well done!

Great experience! Was greeted as I walked through the door by a gentleman named Hudson, asked if he could help me, took me right to where I needed, and assisted me in finding my specific part. Very much appreciated! Checking out was the same experience! Warmly greeted by a smiley young Lady named Rebecca, she checked me out in a timely manner, thanked me, and I left in better spirits better than I came in with. Thank you :-)

I needed a receipt from last month for corporate accounting. Only had a rough time frame and didn’t have a ace account. They were able to find it for me and get me taken care of. Great customer service as always!!

I was in Gretna for church service so I stopped at this Ace hardware for the first time. It is just like my regular one, full of almost anything you could be looking for. I have always been able to find what I went to an Ace store for.

The new store (October 2022) on Enterprise Drive is amazing.

Staff was super helpful. Asked me how they could help me as I entered the store. Walked me to the right section, and then helped me find exactly the parts I needed to connect my new pond pump to the existing pipes. Helpful hardware men indeed!

I am glad they are in town. Whenever I stop in to check if they have something before driving into Omaha for it, so far they have always had it.

The prices are pretty reasonable. Maybe a little higher than that big orange store, but it's close by and the service is much better, which more than makes up for it. You never have to spend 10 minutes looking for someone if you need help. They are there offering to assist you even before you ask.

They did a great job filling all of my needs! I had 3 keys made for my house and they made and programmed a key for my car too! The man that helped me out was very kind and fast!
