I recently purchased a tractor for my Vineyard from Minnesota Equipment. My experience with them was top-tier. Luke and Eric were extremely helpful in my search for finding the right tractor and implements for the tasks I illustrated to them. They searched diligently to find the right equipment at the right price to meet my needs, they were prompt in their communication and were patient with my decision-making. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for equipment.

The customer service is top notch; Spencer and Eric went above and beyond to help me with my purchase, and always promptly followed through with questions and orders. Eric was my salesman at Minnesota Equipment in Rogers and I could not be happier with the service I received. I felt the dealership bent over backwards to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. I even needed to borrow a trailer to bring my new tractor home and they were able to provide a loaner! The tractor is incredible as well, no issues and I asked a lot of the setup guys. Easy 5 star rating on this, I would give more if I could!

My experience at Minnesota Equipment in Rogers met every expectation I had as a first time customer. My salesman, Eric, greeted me with a smile, answered my questions and wrote me up a quote for a 1 series tractor which I returned a few days later to purchase. He had the tractor ready for pickup before the date he forecasted and was thorough about showing me all of the functions. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Great customer service. Knowledgeable parts employees. I had to order a part for our rider... as there were none in stock. Parts employee checked with 2 additional retail offices Isanti and Ham Lake via the internet.

I recently purchased a new 2032R tractor - my sales rep was Spencer. He was outstanding to deal with and he kept communicating to me along the way. I was so pleased when it arrived 1 month ahead of schedule. Spencer was so easy to work with - he took the time to explain all the features when I was placing the order and then he was super helpful when it was delivered so I knew how to properly operate it. If you're looking to buy a tractor, look no further. They were very helpful and made the purchase process smooth as possible, even got a free hat and toy for the kid. Their customer service was great, we'll be returning customers for parts and service as needed.

Eric in sales has helped us purchase two new zero turns this year great guy had a couple problems with the bagger units for them and Eric and Max in service went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of in a timely manner and under warranty!

Just the nicest folks, excellent service, and always willing to help. They do a wonderful job repairing and servicing our lawn tractor and snowblower.

Thank you to the extremely helpful parts and technicians who helped me with my repair. I called for idler pulleys for my 44” snowblower and, having checked other stores as they were out of stock, they got them in for me the next day. I asked a question and a technician came out from the back and gave me some tips on the best way to tackle the job. Those tips proved to be very useful and I had the job done in no time. That’s awesome customer service and I am truly grateful for it.

Came in looking for a basic lawn tractor cause they were the the same price as the big box and I'd rather buy from a place that can service it. The salesman was perfectly willing to sell it to me but I started asking about a couple nicer ones. Eventually after walking me through the differences on at least a half dozen I decided that the x330 with the 48" deck was best for me. Very happy with sales and with the service department's reputation I'm expecting the same.
