AT&T Store

I stopped by to upgrade my iPhone and had assistance from Luis. He was great, knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy about adding on extra products, took his time explaining everything and also made sure I had everything that I needed. I really enjoyed my experience today. I would recommend stopping by ☺

Luis went above and beyond my reason for my visit. He not only provided top-tier customer service but spent enough time with me, so I fully understood what I was signing up for and explained my other options thoroughly. He wasn't pushy in the least, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with!

The best thing about the Rogers, Mn location is Luis B. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in making a decision on a new device. He helped me transfer my information from my dying phone to a new phone and was very patient explaining my new phone’s features. I will continue to drive past two other AT&T stores just to see Luis! This location is very fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable employee. Marg

Your salesman Kevin was awesome. Fast and efficient and helped with answering all questions I had. His manager was also very helpful too. I appreciate it and will continue to come back along with recommending friends and families to that specific location. You guys are awesome.

I would like to give a big shout out to Luis at the Rogers, AT&T store! This young man is an outstanding employee! I was in this store a day ago where he was the only employee on the floor. He had many customers waiting while he was tending to an individual. What I found amazing was that he would spend time with each table throughout their visit there.
And as people came in the door, he would stop what he was doing and go and greet them, and explain the situation that he was dealing with being the only employee there to help them. At that point people decided if they wanted to stay or to leave. The fact that he would address each new customer when they came in was fabulous in every way. Never once did any customer feel like they were not noticed or not valued.
I would highly recommend this location and should you go I hope you all get to experience this fine young man!

I came into the store just to see about upgrading my phone. I was met with a friendly hello and was asked how I could be helped. I let Liz know and she explained everything to me and told me my options. She was by far the most knowledgeable employee I've ever dealt with. From someone who has worked in customer service I think she should be rewarded for her efforts. I look forward to working with her again.

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!!! This location is by far the best one I've ever been to! We walked in there with a huge mess on our hands that was created by another AT&T location, and from the moment we walked in there Leah handled it with such professionalism and accuracy! Talk about a breath of fresh air! Leah was the most helpful and patient associate Ive ever had the pleasure of working with through this company. We walked in there with the intentions of completely canceling our phone plan through AT&T. ( Due to poor corporate customer service over the phone). With all the time and dedication Leah put into our situation, we walked out of there with two new iPhone 12 Pro Max and our monthly phone bill modified to save us more money! I mean.. that's amazing! Kay and Kyle were so friendly and you can totally tell they help make the atmosphere of the store joyful and enjoyable to be in! We had many laughs with this AWESOME team! AT&T if it weren't for them, we wouldn't be with you guys today! You guys are 5 STAR customer service!!

Fabulously amazing service. Bryce was incredibly patient and helpful with my upgrade and move from an iphone to an android. I cant say enough awesome things about this store and the service that was provided. Got everything off my old phone and onto my new one, no problems with contacts, photos, or email. He was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision for my new phone and made sure our plan was set up correctly. Highly, highly, highly recommend going here. Also, keep in mind to be kind to people when you are in the shoes of the consumer. Thanks again Bryce!

Clarence and Nikia went above and beyond when I needed to upgrade my phone. They were extremely helpful and professional through the entire process and had answers to all of my questions. I got to the store just before closing and they were very happy to help me even after they had closed.

We’ve had great success working with this local store over many years. Whether it has been adding lines, upgrading phones or dealing with issues the staff here has been great to work with.

This time, we added lines for family members. Lewis helped find the phones that would work best for them and was able to handle all the details!

Best experience at a cell phone store. I stopped by to upgrade an old iPhone 7 to a new iPhone 12. I was in the store less than 25 minutes and left with everything up and running great! Kay and Kyle were great to work with...friendly, knowledgable, fun and professional. They answered all my questions and even offered some great tips on gear. This will definitely be my go to store (and employees) for future phone needs.

Christine S (Assistant Manager) is a real asset to ATT or any company. She was very professional, supportive, friendly, and helpful when I approached her with a problem, which was not the store’s fault. The issue was complicated - it was related to a promotion, but the customer service on the phone was unhelpful and unwilling to help. Their main strategies are lies and brushing customers off.
Unlike them Christine’s demeanor was respectful and she expressed eagerness to help. This contrast was especially apparent in comparison with how the management treats customers at a nearby new store in Maple Grove (Arbor Lakes). Christine’s communication skills are superb. She called and emailed me in a timely fashion as she promised. I really appreciate Christine’s help and the overall vibe I felt at the store was very positive!

I received top notch service! Christian Thompson/ Nylund, was friendly, fast and highly skilled! I really appreciated all of his help. He deserves a 10 out of 10 ranking! The best tech expert that anyone could ever wish to have on their side for setting up new services and for support of the ones that you already have!

We had a great experience today at this store. Kay and Leah helped us change our plan, answered all of our questions and made the whole process fun. Thank you thank you! We look forward to seeing you both again real soon!

When I walked into the store I was instantly greeted by Brandon and Kay, two individuals who immediately gave off a welcoming bubbly energy that made me grin under my mask. I had initially planned on simply trading in my phone and being on my way, however, Brandon went out of his way to point out some benefits in changing our plan and saving us money, while providing greater service. He was diligent and friendly throughout the entire interaction, never missing a beat. Kay likewise answered any question posed with a smile and a laugh that was pure and genuine. Thank you Att for having these two wonderful hires be apart of your team. Stress free and quick, I highly recommend this Att location, and furthermore, seek out Brandon or Kay for wonderful service and a great conversation.
