Sephora: Customer service provided by Ananda was excellent! I had an idea what I needed but had no clue where to start. She greeted me right away and helped me find everything in a timely manner. Overall great experience. I’ll be back!

Always clean, (you could eat off those floors, and how do they get them so shiny W/O being slick) Service Desk went extra mile checking sale price and ringing me up. Good price, good service, good deal, good to go!!

I came in to return Amazon stuff and shop for some Fall decor. Both employees were very cheerful and helpful right away. The store was extremely clean, too. Love to shop at the Rogers Kohls.

Friendly, competent, and attentive store associates in my visit to the Rogers Kohl's this past Sunday. Mary, in women's lingerie somehow magically made a usually time-consuming and frustrating replenishing of undergarments an easy and enjoyable process. She was available for every question, and led me right to exactly what I was looking for. Cashier Olivia was icing on the cake---friendly and ready to answer whatever questions I had when checking out.

I shopped the Rogers MN, store and found it to be clean and tidy and was able to pick up everything I needed. Savon greeted me when I walked up to the cash register. He was pleasant and made the check out a breeze. I will shop this store again.

Today I was looking for a cheese cutter. They didn't have the one I was looking for.😣 The store was clean and the employees are always very nice. I think some of therlir prices are higher then other stores. They're hiring of anyone is interested.

I love the checkout people they're funny! They Crack me up; We have good conversations when I'm there! There is a gentleman who was working in shoes and he was awesome I cannot remember his name but he was older and he knew his stuff about shoes... so thank you to him for his help that day! And thank you to the nice gal that let me do an online exchange right for the comforter that I thought I was getting and I accidentally bought the wrong one! Kohls in rogers is the best!! However they need to get another wheelchair, and fix or update the current one! It's old (which is fine) but it's super duper squeaky and a little hard to push... some WD40 would do wonders for it 🙂😆

Went in with a 30% off discount that didn't start till tomorrow. The cashier scanned it & the computer accepted it. The cashier honored the discount & we didn't have to go back tomorrow. Great customer service & the cashier was nice about it & understanding with a smile & pleasant attitude. Thanks to her. We will be shopping here again.
