Jayden Dimpka needs a raise!! He made my experience getting a new phone so amazing. Customer service was a 20/10 :) He was SO helpful and charismatic, who ever hired him did GREAT! Hire more employees like him ;)

Salesman Justin and Manager Sara really listened to me to understand what type of phone I was looking for. The clearly explained my options. This is my favorite T-Mobile Store around. The did not have my selection in stoke at the moment, but Justin had it sent to my house with two-day delivery. I brought it back in and Justin graciously assisted me in transferring all of my data to the new phone. He was kind enough to help me apply my screen protector, and told me to contact him if I had any other questions. #1 Service!

Corey was super helpful in finding the best phone, case and charger for my mom as she moved up from an iPhone 7 to an iPhone 14!

Cory and Cody were very helpful in upgrading our plans. We received better plans at a reduced price.

Sales rep 038 ( I think his name is Jere) was very helpful, professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

Ebba was so informative and helpful. Took lots of time to explain and answer questions. Highly recommend this store!! (I drove 10 miles from the store nearer my home to get excellent help here.)

I was at this Location about 3 weeks ago
to get new service I had zero idea of what I needed .Ebba was very helpful and patient he asked the right guestions.I work from home and I have not had any interruptions in my work flow ..Very nice young man

Went to T-Mobile to get a sim card for my phone since I am here from South Africa on a business trip and Cooper was very helpful! He gave me all of the information I needed, set up everything quickly and treated me with such a friendly and joyful manner. Amazing customer service to experience in another country. Thank you Cooper :)

Had been having issues trying to upgrade my sons phone in store ( was told to go to other locations and see if the issue was still happening on their end)as well as online, long hold times with T mobile reps. Called and spoke with Cooper and Rosemary at the Rogers, Mn location. Tmobile was having issues with being able to add available financing with upgrade. These two went above and beyond to help me get the phone asap with online support. Rogers location will definitely be my go to store. Thank you Cooper and Rosemary, you rarely find employees that WANT to help a customer now days!

Hunter normally works at the Rogers store, but was helping at the Elk River store on my visit. I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night with a completely dead phone. Hunter was a massive help with getting a new phone picked out, set up, and even stayed late 15 minutes past closing to make sure the new phone was working, since there were issues that arose due to the old phone not being able to confirm changes.

Friendly, knowledgeable about all the questions I had, highly recommended.

Matt, is awesome, very knowledgeable. My (senior) friend and I visited his store for 1st time. Her phone was "frozen " the Elk River store said they couldn't fix "frozen" suggested a new phone, But the Roger's TMOBILE store fixed the issue. YES !!

Mr. Cooper was AMAZING. Professional, personable, answered all our questions in a way I could understand while the caffeine slowly drained from my system and dealing with my kids 😅 He was super fast probably the fastest new phone set up I've ever had (thank God given the kids lol). I'll come to this store over the closer ones from now on bc this one is better than those just because of him although by the time I need a new phone I hope tmobile has promoted him (hint hint tmobile).

Had a great experience buying new phones here. Will was super helpful. Helped us pick the right phone for our needs. We are tech challenged and Will was great at getting everything transferred and set up for us.

Cooper was an amazing problem solver! He went out of his way to work out all the issues that came up during our time with him.

Ian ( I believe he is a store manager) helped a lot today. Best experience I ever had at Sprint stores. He was able to help us with replacing phone and SIM card in minutes. It was really nice to get such a big help in the hard time my family is going through. Than you so very much Ian, and may God bless you!!! This has been hands down the best experience I have had in any cellphone retailer. The staff was knowledgeable, personable, super friendly, and truly wanted to help everyone that walked through the door. If they didn't know the exact process for doing something, they were on the phone with their supervisor and made it happen. We will forever be going to this store as long as Nik is there!
