OrthoNebraska Oakview Orthopedic Urgent Care & Clinic

Went in to the urgent clinic on Saturday. Tracy the front desk rep was very friendly and kind. Wait time was minimal and the professional staff were great. Genuinely concerned about my welfare.

We thought our son sprained his ankle in a wrestling tournament a week and a half ago. The trainer at school recommended getting an x-ray to see if there was a fracture. I tried calling a few in-network doctors for appointments, but they were a couple weeks out. The nurse recommended coming to urgent care which we were reluctant (price-wise, worried it would be hiked up!) but she assured us they bill the same for urgent care as they do for regular office visits. We walked in and back out in less than an hour. My son had an x-ray, diagnosis and a new walking boot. We never sat in the exam room for more than 5 minutes alone. Everyone was friendly and the doctors and nurses explained everything thoroughly and didn't make us feel rushed at all.

I will be honest. It would be a lot easier and half the distance to drive to Sioux City to see and orthopedic specialist...HOWEVER, the care I receive at OrthoNebraska between Dr. Samuelson, Dr. Arnold, and Jack Nickolite PA, I will FOREVER drive twice the distance to see these orthopedic specialists! I always walk out of there feeling like my needs were completely met and that I genuinely was cared about as a patient. Being in the medical field myself I often get asked who I would recommendation as an orthopedic specialist. I like and trust these guys so much I actually keep a brochure on each of them in my office to refer others to get their orthopedic needs met. Thank you for all you do and always making me feel like I am important and walk out knowing you are only a phone call away if I need you!

What a great experience! Lisa, Micah, Sherri and Jack made a painful experience completely tolerable. If you are in need of Orthopedic care, you should go nowhere else but Nebraska Orthopedic Hospital. I sincerely felt like they cared about my condition and they took the time to listen and helped develop a treatment plan that was best for me. I'm confident they'll treat you just as good(great) as they did me!

Great experience at Ortho urgent care. I had a foot issue and was in and out pretty quickly. The local podiatrists in town could not see me for several weeks. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The doc was great too. My husband and I both have been to this location. I continue to refer several people there.

Excellent experience with OrthoNebraksa Urgent Care! I needed to see my doctor at OrthoNebraska and could not get into see him quick enough. Receptionist at doctor's office suggested I go to the Urgent Care. Excellent staff and very little waiting. He really listened to my situation & got the ball rolling! I ended up being able to see my doctor's assistant, so that was a plus! Very pleased.

Pleasant, efficient courteous check-in. Paperwork is a bit heavy! Clinic staff in the back and XR were great, got right to the point, good exam, instructions and disposition. Was called the next day with assistance to set up an appointment. Was a good feeling for temporary resolution for the moment.

Great experience overall. Very quick and effective service, especially on a holiday weekend. All staff members were intelligent and kind. You can tell OrthoNebraska is well run. 5/5 would break another bone just to come back here.

Dr. Eric Bonness and his staff are outstanding in every way! I have had shoulder surgery performed twice by Doctor Bonness. I fell and retore my rotator cuff a few months after the first surgery. This doctor is a rare breed for sure. Not only is he very knowledgeable in his trade, he actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain in detail your treatment. Hands down one of the best in Omaha. I can’t say enough about this guy.

Kirk Hutton, Andy, and hollie and so many others are outstanding! My insurance was trying to deny me. And the dr made a special time to talk to the people at the insurance company . He got everything approved. Hands down the very best dr and associates!!!!!!!!!!!!

Urgent care staff evaluated us even though the clinic had already closed (we hadn't realized that when we went in). They provided great care for our son's injury. Highly recommend this location and their wonderful team.

This is the "go to" urgent care for orthopedic injuries when you cannot get into your primary physician. My injury occurred over the holidays and OrthoNebraska was a god-send! The wait was not long, the office staff was awesome, and the care provided was incredible! I walked out of there with great relief from the pain of my injury and with a follow-up plan. I highly recommend OrthoNebraska Orthopedic Urgent Care!!! They are AWESOME!

Office associates, physicians and technicians were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone made sure I understood what I needed to know, and I hardly had to wait any time at all. Very good experience, and would recommend to anyone.

Terrific experience. Treated quickly and effectively for arthritic knee issue which was handled via a cortisone injection.

Very caring staff members and doctors. They listen and answer your questions without rushing in and out. They believe in science and are covid vaccinated and follow covid prevention protocols which I greatly appreciate!

It's outstanding. If you have any Orthopedic problems and see a physician immediately, take yourself to the OrthoNebraska Ortho Urgent Care. You will be well taken care of and treated quickly with knowledgeable and friendly staff. We are so fortunate a place like this is available to us in Omah.

These are great doctors. I have been to this facility since they’ve opened. I’ve had outpatient services and surgeries and was treated always with respect and dignity by all medical staff and clinic front desk and hospital front desk. I would not go anywhere else

Had a really great experience here. I got in last minute on a Sunday and everyone there was really helpful and service overall was top notch. This is a wonderful place for those in need of emergency ortho care.

Went to urgent care on a Saturday morning, super great staff and quick treatment. I will be back not just because I have to for my injury, I genuinely want to be treated there because the staff was so superb!

OrthoNebraska continues to take care of the arthritis in my knee. The treatment is non-invasive, the staff is friendly and setting appointments isn’t a hassle.
