Best employees! Today I went in to find some screws for my license plate, and struggled finding the right size. A team member and John helped me. John went above and beyond to assure that the right screw will be found. He used his experience and knowledge when he saw my vehicle. Cleaned up the holes from some rust build up and found the right size.
I appreciate the help and commitment these employees give to serve their community.

Employees at this ace hardware on 144th and center went above and beyond to help me today! Needed some help getting an old, rusted screw out of my car so I could replace my license plate. I went and asked if anyone could help me get the stuck screw out of my car, and one of the employees (didn’t catch his name) came out to help me. Stood out in the cold with me for 20 minutes and managed to get one of the screws out after bringing out tons of tools. When he couldn’t get the second, he pointed me to another place I could go to help get the other screw out. As a young woman whose dad passed away a few years ago, I didn’t have anyone else that could help me fix this issue. This employee’s kindness and generosity meant the world to me. I was brought to tears by his willingness to help someone in need during such a stressful time. I can’t say thank you enough!

ACE Hardware company policy must stress friendly customer service because every Ace store I've ever shopped excels in it. This store was also superb. I had knives sharpened today while I waited. Service was fast, employee was friendly and knowledgeable.

They have about everything you are looking for. They're smaller so they don't carry as much as the depot or Menards. Good garden department. I would say they are a little more pricey but they do have decent sales. The location is very convenient as it's on my way home from work.

Plant shopping at this store was an absolute delight. TONS of plants and they all looked great. Prices were better than everywhere else. They were very busy on this particular Friday (before Mother's Day!) but check out was fast. All the associates were very nice and eager to help. I love this store!

Best hardware store in omaha. They have everything you need and can't get in the big box stores. Their product knowledge is top notch and there is always someone there to help you fix something or help you with parts for that latest invention you're working on.

We were very impressed with the cashier Barbara , she explained which coupons we could use and went above and beyond. She was very friendly and outgoing.

Recently took my leaf blower to Ace for repairs.....They corrected the problem and within an hour or two called for me to pick it up.

Always love going in to Ace. You may pay a little more, but it's because they invest in hiring knowledgeable employees, or training the ones that they do hire. The price difference is worth it over going to big box stores (you know who I'm talking about, and I go to them too). Talking to someone who knows enough to help you out when you're in a pinch is worth the extra dollar or two.

Had what I needed but their holiday section is what really caught my eye! So many cute things! Who knew you really could do your Christmas shopping at a hardware store??!!
