Courtyard by Marriott Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center

This was good find. I was here for work and it was less than 10 min away. It's across a stupid huge mall that had showings (at the time) of 24 different movies. Some from Chinese and India too. Which is right next to a Mr.Beast restaurant chain if you're into that. It was more out of the way, so it's pretty easy to get in and out, but close enough to grocery stores and restaurants that you can get to in <5 min. The food here was good, so much so that they were actually out of some things that I was planning to order. And the portions sizes are good. There's even a long trail in the back that you can walk, skateboard, bike. It's popular enough that the week I was staying here that I would see people (and their dogs and strollers) all throughout the day and even during sunset on it. It's popular enough that, if you need help, you won't be waiting long, but sparce enough that if your dogs are not much of a people person, you don't have to worry too much.

Modern rooms that are well laid out. Quiet area. Lobby has food/drink options that are good but priced like there aren’t options within walking distance.

Clean rooms! Clean and clear pool and perfectly temp'd hot tub. The Bistro in there is great with coffee and drinks. Service there was friendly and drinks made correctly. We will stay here from now on when we come to Omaha. Check in was the easiest ever too. I was literally done in about 2 min.

We had a clean spacious room. Polite staff. We stayed overnight from seeing 70s band play at the Beardmore. Food was good as well! Great way to start off the New Year!

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, a modern and stylish hotel located near the airport. The hotel was incredibly clean, and my room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a modern bathroom. I especially appreciated the fact that my room had a microwave and fridge, which came in very handy during my stay.

The hotel also has a variety of other amenities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a business center. I was particularly impressed with the hotel's ambience, which was warm and inviting. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

Another thing I appreciated about the hotel was its convenient location. The hotel is just a short drive from the airport, and it's also close to a variety of restaurants and shops, including Target. There is also plenty of parking available on-site.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is clean, modern, and convenient, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay near the airport.

Was looking for a place in the Omaha area and was looking for a nice hotel but didn't want to break the bank. The price was good and the room was clean and cozy.

Pam at breakfast was great! Keep food updated, sitting area clean. A real asset to your company.

I normally go to Marriott Hotels just because no matter where I go in the U.S. I know it will be clean and accompanying with good customer service, and this place was not the exception.

This place was lovely! Very clean room, fantastic shower. Nice space! Conveniently located.

Was just staying the night was there for a funeral room was great however no continental breakfast the Starbucks was the only place to get breakfast waited almost 30 minutes and nobody came to help me

I wish I could give the location a better rating but everything closes around it early except for the custard place next door. Room was well furnished and fridge was not overtaken by minibar. Housekeeping was efficient. Shower could have had a little more water pressure.

I did not stay at the hotel, but attended a celebration dinner at the Beardmoor Event Center. Every thing about place was awesome. The food was actually very good. Not a bad location, easy to find. It was very spacious and clean. I would recommend this place for your next party, dinner, wedding, etc.

I travel a lot for work, and there are only a few Courtyards that I would stay at. I have made this one, one of my favorites.

We had reservations at different hotel that did not work well for us due to handicap needs. We came to this hotel later in the evening needing 2 rooms including an ADA room with a roll in show for my husband in a wheelchair. Tasha was absolutley fabulous and found 2 perfect rooms for us for 3 nights. Her personality and willingness to help was amazing. She made our life so much easier. The rooms were very nice and the whole hotel was nice and clean. The staff was all great. If I am in Nashville again I will definetely stay there!

Very nice people, nice location near extensive walking paths along the Papillion River/creek. There's a Culver's right in the parking lot and those people were super nice too. A huge movie theater right across the parking lot makes it nice as well, though the TV has internet streaming if you'd rather stay in. The breakfast here is VERY expensive (Over $40 for two people) so plan to pack one in or go out if that's too much for you. There's a nice outdoor area for seating and meeting too. Will definitely add this one to our favorites.

Great location, front desk staff was super friendly. Got us checked in quickly. The room was clean, great large shower, good size TV with good selection. Super comfy bed and lots of areas to charge electronics.

New hotel and reasonably priced. Front desk crew friendly, warm, and professional. Water available at front with fruit for quick refills. Starbucks inside and my favorite. Rooms clean, fresh and SUPER COMFY beds. Fridge in room, shower is nice and stocked with shampoo, cream rinse, body wash and lotion. Safe area with plenty parking. I highly recommend.

Excellent property. Almost eerily quiet, and the curtains made the room blackout dark. Such a comfortable mattress, too. Employees were friendly and helpful, which I always appreciate when checking in late.

This is my first time staying in a Marriott hotel. I'm definitely a new fan! Our room is very spacious. Bed is comfortable. Staff have been wonderful. I am a travel nurse here on assignment, my husband and dog travel with me. My husband is in a wheelchair and the staff have been very accommodating, made sure he could maneuver in room and bathroom. Pool area is clean, hot tub is awwwwesome. Both are handicap accessible. Nice guest laundry room, and gym. I will be definitely checking out Marriot options for my future assignments!
