Was in need of assistance late at night and Kelly at the counter was very courteous and willing to help! She has a great sense of humor and was very kind towards me. Kelly should get a raise!

Every visit is overall great. The employees try to get customers out quickly and keep the line moving.

Love the quick access of this location. Gal working was quick and even serving two people at one time attempting to get the large rush in and out quickly. Nice job!!

Pizza was amazing staff was friendly and made sure I got my food fresh and fast.

6/7/23 This location has been solid lately. Pizza is usually fresh. The soda machine can be a little inconsistent but over all a good option lately.

Heck yeah!! I love Casey's eats and now they're closer to my house!!

Bellevue... this location literally just opened. Let's give'em a chance to iron some kinks before hitting them with low-star ratings. Remember... this is a Midwest based business (not a nameless, faceless corporation). Think about how Casey's stores serve a lot of rural communities in Nebraska and Iowa... we want more of these stores... not more places that are owned by huge multinational holdings companies incorporated out of "Delaware".

Was ticked off to arrive at the posted hours just to find that a print out stating the hours had changed. It's understandable when the place is short staffed, but had the hours simply been changed to reflect the new open/close times many headaches and wasted time could have been avoided. SEVERAL vehicles were pulling in and turning around due to this.

Well, when you see a vacuum cleaner at the gas station, you expect it to work. Pieces of the hose ends were disconnected and laying around. Trash cans were full as well as soaked in the rain. Who manages this gas station and how much is he grossing? Gross area I saw indeed.

Getting gas was no problem at all. But I got the 15 dollar car. Was horrible my car barely looks like any thing happened to. Putting my car in neutral was non existent basically had to drive through it! Not only am I out 15 dollars but now will have to put more money to clean it up because there is dirt streaks everywhere. WILL NEVER BE BACK! I understand it's not a Casey's problem. Just wanted to out my experience out there.

We ordered a simple cheese pizza we we're delveraed a susage pizza my wife can't eat sausage. Called the store and he said I was wrong. Tried to explain that my wife can't eat sausage. He didn't give a damn. My mission now is to get him fired. He called me a little.

This location stole money from me twice, I used Uber eat with them twice, both times I never received one of my items. The frist time I called and asked why I wasn't informed that they didn't have the item I ordered, the lady was very apologetic. The second time I ordered and called about the same problem, I was placed on hold for integrity. I talked to the ubereats driver, he told me that he told the woman that my order was short, and he said that she told him "Not to worry about it". Is this standard procedure??? There will not be a third time.

For a long time this has been the worst Casey’s in the area, thought I’d give them a second chance stopped here for lunch break kitchen closed,, no food still the worst Casey’s in the area. Bunch of Employees stared at me when I walked in. No greetings.

Stopped for a car wash, was prompted by the gas kiosk to get a car wash, and then found out the car wash was closed. Refused to give me a refund.

Stopped to get gas this morning.Trash cans in the entire place full and overflowing onto the ground. I asked for a receipt at the pump and of course the printer was out of paper.What’s the point of paying at the pump then?Management or ownership needs to check out this store.

9:45 PM Pizza non existent, cook was hiding in back, and came out with attitude. I’ve been to about 100 Casey’s stores in my life, and this is the absolute worst one I’ve ever seen. Manager?

There is a reason for only 2.2 stars at this location. The employees have a lot of opportunity as I wasn't even acknowledged when I walked in, nor when I was rang up. The employee had their back turned to me basically the whole time. The energy and friendliness is gone from the location and it's a disappointment. I used to go here almost daily and now I understand why I gave up this and go to a different gas station. Will not be revisiting and unfortunately this will maybe just get the generic reply from corporate but nothing will change. Is it new, yes, but no matter how new you are, your ability to provide

This isnt the gas station it used to be.

We were super excited to see this going in close to our house. However every single time we're there the inventory is ridiculously low and there's like no drinks. Today we went in and 10 of the fountains were out. I don't know how hard it is to just stock your store.
