We were able to get the pump under our house replaced on short notice. We were thankful to have running water again!

Steve and his brother squeezed me and my project in. He worked with me, which was fun, and reduced the hours he was at my house. Would call again for sure!

While the plumbing is okay the customer service is terrible. On several occasions Steve Lee literally yelled at me for a mistake, and then expected me to pay for it. He is very unprofessional and rude. Look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

New construction used Lee's Plumbing for the project. When we had issues with a faucet leaking I called and was told he didn't have time to deal with it but if I could call back the following week he would try to get it scheduled in the next few weeks. He tried to say the leak was because it hadn't been winterized, which it had. We had someone else look at it and it WASN'T a winterization issue it was a faulty faucet. A few weeks later we had what we thought were issues with the water filtration system, but after several water tests and service calls found it was not the filtration system, but the endless hot water system Steve put in. The fix is a system flush according to the manual. Without even coming to look, Steve insisted it was due to "bad well water". We just spent 2 months working with the well/water specialists and we don't have bad water. The cold water is perfect the HOT WATER smells! We tried to explain that and Steve was not only rude and condescending but hung up on us. No customer service and does not stand behind his product or his work. We will have to pay another plumber to flush the system and/or change the filters because after Steve Lees has your money for installing something, he is not interested in standing behind his work.
