Friendly, helpful, and quick staff made the buying process easy. They had it delivered to my place in less than 48hrs and the delivery guys were great too.

For Christmas I got my wife a bed and dresser. The shopping is easy and unpressured and the salesman got us something within our budget. More than happy with our investment and the shopping experience we had at discount Direct.

Went here thinking ..maybe I'll get something but might just be one of those too good to be true on I.G. things..nope:) we found SOooo many options and ended up deciding on something comfortable. Was nice to not be bothered and make a decision easily. Great customer service and very affordable for everyone!!

From the time I placed my order for 3 love seats, the sales associate stayed in contact so that I was aware that all 3 brand new love seats were in the warehouse and ready for delivery. When it snowed and my delivery date was changed, I was promptly informed.. Sevice was great!

After shopping for a mattress at Costco, Warehouses, Mattress this and that I stumble into Discount Direct furniture / mattress.

I had a great experience in here, found it by mistake while driving, I have been looking for a couch for a while now and everywhere I go they wanted me to wait 4 to 5 months, so in here I found a fine looking couch for a fair price and in stuck, prior to this purchase I purchase a couch at Ashley's and they kept pushing the delivery time so i had to cancel. The paperwork was fast and easy, they send to the warehouse to pick it up the same day, no problems there either so overall so good so far hope the couch doesn't fall apart to fast.

We bought couches back in May. Randy the sales guy was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the mechanisms in the couch ended up breaking on the reclining portion. So we contact customer service. They were so helpful. The manufacturer of the couches ended up issuing us a store credit so we could get different couches. We went back to pick out new couches, Randy was there again just as helpful as the last time. Adam the store manager was also very helpful when it came to processing the credit.
The deliveries both times went smoothly and on time.
We will definitely be buying more furniture here in the future.

My family and I had a great experience at this store, the quality of furniture and the price is honest and affordable. The sales person gave us space to check out all the sofas, sectionals, and love seats in the store without being pushy or impatient. He was helpful and let us know about delivery and extended warranty options (5 years for 10% of the cost of furniture).

Please be aware that the free delivery is curbside. I’m glad I caught this as I personally read every line of the contract. If I did not do this I would not be able to carry these into the 3rd floor of my apartment by myself. (Add 10% of the cost of furniture for white glove delivery.)

The delivery people were polite, and clean, they hauled off any excess packaging and were very timely. By timely I mean they were there exactly at 1:30 when they had until 4:30.

Ultimately I got a great quality sofa and loveseat for just under $1300 including delivery, and taxes.

Checked this place out after trying 4 other furniture stores. A bit shy on options, but the customer service was excellent. Terri greeted us, and then let us roam and shop. She did not hover and pressure! Plus, she was always close enough to answer questions when we had them. I will definately send friends here...

The folks at this location were super friendly and helpful. I went in there just window shopping and they were able to give me a fantastic deal on an awesome floor model, had it delivered in less that 5 business days. Now I am enjoying these amazing looking furniture..

What can I say. If I could give 100 stars I would. I bought a beautiful dining set on Tuesday and Thursday it was delivered to me. Incredible fast service I came to you because I wasn't happy with waiting 54 days for Mor furniture to get my table set. They didn't have it in stock . Friendly and professional delivery guys not to mention so fast it only took 2 min to unload everything. Thank you I will recommend and shop

The staff was polite and ready to answer questions, no pushiness or hard close attempts. Our chairs arrived within a week and the delivery team was polite and masked up, which, even though all members of the household are fully vaxxed, was appreciated.

We found the sectional we have been searching for (2 power recliners, USB plugs on one end and a full size sleeper sofa on the other end) which no one carries, and it is firm and super comfortable (for under$2,000.0) and the delivery company hauled away our old sectional(it's a little extra, but worth not having the hassle). Prices are awesome and they got our stuff delivered in a few days. Awesome, nice staff also(not pushy). O.S. Big selection and an online shopping computer for stuff not in house.

I love this place! I went in and tried out some recliners and found some I really liked, their team answered all my questions, I wasn’t ready to order when I went in so I went home and ordered a few weeks later, the website is easy to use and their delivery was great! The guys came in my house wearing all proper ppe and set up my recliners and they are working great! Ty so much!

Recently went furniture shopping here and had a great experience! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only was the staff great, but the furniture is great quality as well. I have two giant dogs and if the furniture can survive them, it can survive anything! Definitely would recommend shopping here.
