Hyatt Regency Lake Washington At Seattle's Southport

Beautiful upscale hotel that should be the standard setter of the industry. Many memorable elements:
1. Gorgeous open lakefront view with docks, chairs. Very peaceful and relaxing
2. Very family friendly with a decent sized pool, walkable Gene Colon Memorial Park and its playground
3. Well-stocked lounge with a variety of breakfast food and decent evening refreshments
4. Convenient location that is near the Museum of Flight, shopping malls and airport
5. Hospitality from all the wonderful hotel staff

It's not a resort but has resort amenities being walkable to nearby lake beach, tennis court, volleyball court, playground, restaurants. Most notably the waterfront property gives you magnificent views. It's one of the few Hyatt hotels with the club lounge, and it does not disappoint. High tech parking and elevator with modern rooms give an overall feel of luxury and elegance. February is too cold for many of the outdoor activities but I am sure it will be a fun filled destination in warmer weather.

I travel a fair amount and usually find myself at different Hyatt properties at least twice a month. It was my first time at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington as I recently moved to Bellevue and have been looking for a local hotel to take the family to join a change in scenery without the need to hop on a plane.

The service I received here was the best I have ever experienced. Chloe at the front desk was seriously world class. She went out of her way to not only upgrade my say but offered to take me to each upgrade option so I could look at the view and make a decision without regrets. She also shared some booking "tips" if I were ever considering booking a stay during certain holidays. Chloe and the front desk staff also welcome my wife and children with the same level of hospitality. The warm kindness stayed with us throughout our entire staff.

Of course, other properties I was fortunate to stay at like Park Hyatt NY, Park Hyatt Maldives, Milan etc have great service, but I do feel like the front desk staff and Chloe in particular are in a league of their own. Definitely will be back.

Quite literally my favorite spot to stay when visiting Bellevue or Seattle. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have always left relaxed and happy. Coffee in the morning with a stunning sunrise over the water just cannot be beat.

Food is wonderful as are the drinks.

Great secret spot for waterfront karaoke too- lots of locals visit for karaoke and it’s quite a fun time!

My first stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington surpassed my expectations. Had a quiet lovely room with a lake view. The restaurant food and ambience were excellent! The bartender was the best (Isais). He knows how to treat globalists. My one feedback was the club lounge. I would have loved more wine selections during evening hours. The food was not great either. Breakfast at the lounge was decent. Fresh eggs made to order would be so appreciated. Desk in room is tiny.

I just love this Hyatt. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The club is really worth the value and always has great breakfast and snacks. We loved our room with a lake view. The park right next to the hotel helped us keep our toddler entertained.

THE SPA. RUTH IS A UNICORN! I got a nice deep tissue massage with cbd and omg Ruth was PHENOMENAL. She provided excellent service and it was clear her knowledge and skill is advanced. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and knew what to expect. She guided me expertly on my breath or where to move. 11/10 would recommend her 1000 times over. Beat massage of my life

My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington was incredibly satisfying. From the moment we arrived, the staffs were amazing. Nuria and Siti made us feel exceptionally welcomed. We were celebrating our anniversary, and we were delighted to find a beautiful rose and a bottle of exquisite wine waiting for us. This thoughtful touch added a special vibe to our celebration. The upgrade to a suite room also made the stay more memorable. The suite was spacious, elegantly furnished. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable. We also enjoyed the water’s table restaurant, who accommodated our vegetarian choices. I really appreciate that the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington prioritizes guest satisfaction above all, and they excel at it. I am beyond satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a getaway and unforgettable stay. They truly made our anniversary celebration one of the best so far. We will definitely go back there very very soon for another special occasion.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Hyatt Regency great, safe, very CLEAN they treat their guests like family. They also have a great brunch on Saturday I loved the ricotta pancakes. Great location for a solo trip as a woman.

Was there for a hospitality conference and the bar tenders at night were the rudest group of workers I’ve ever met. Was there with a large group who enjoyed drinks late into the evening and because there was no manager on duty the bartenders were trying to get to close the bar before midnight. Your drink prices are outrageously expensive. I get better service from a dive bar and treated with more respect than your overrated bar tenders

My husband and I stayed for our baby moon, anniversary and Christmas holiday celebration. This was my first time brining my dog Moo Moo to cross the US boarder and staying at the hotel. The guest services team provided outstanding experience from recommending dock and drink which is not only is dog friendly restaurant but has delicious food! Although I didn't have time for a pregnancy massage, but was nice to know they have this option as not all spas have this service. Service and food were also great at Market. I also enjoyed going to the gym and hot tub. I would definitely try the wellness class next time too. Glad that I chose Hyatt Regency Lake Washington fort his special occasion! Definitely recommended for any celebration and leisure stays.

Beautiful hotel, amazing huge pool and giant hot tub for adults and kids. Awesome ambience everywhere, they do complimentary s'mores for you to do at the fire pits if you stay there. Right next to beautiful Gene Coulon playground and Park so you can walk right over, the best views of Lake Washington. Don't hesitate, book a night at this hotel if you are in town!

The Hyatt Regency does it right!! Beautiful hotel and grounds. Multiple food options, from a fast and easy market, to a casual dining experience facing the lake on the ground floor or a more upscale restaurant on the lobby floor also facing the lake. Staff were professional, helpful and attentive. The Market offered free s’mores kits which my wife and I enjoyed. I did not use the Spa at the Lake but my wife did and loved the facilities and her experience. Check-In and Check-Out on the World of Hyatt app was easy. Only struggle we had was with the digital key either not being reliable or disappearing from the app. We ended up getting a physical key just to avoid any access issues. Other than that, I would highly recommend and will definitely return to this location again.

The Hyatt at Lake Washington is a fantastic place to stay for work or pleasure. I was lucky to get a lake view room and it was spectacular! See the pictures. The hotel has a club level that you can enjoy food morning and happy hour, as well as a resturant and bar. The service was superb from all the staff. This is a more upscale location so be prepared for a $$$ cost, but we'll worth it. I can't wait to return.

Treated five stars for a dance competition weekend. Everyone was spot on with whatever Duty they did in the hotel whether it was valet restaurant check-in room service. The restaurant downstairs on the patio is very entertaining the whole weekend and of course, it's a beautiful view. I highly recommend valet parking becauae it is a little tight th we there why not let someone else do it?

The corner lake view suite is unbelievable. The only other suite I have experienced like this was the Westin at DIA airport. Both hotels are a visual surreal experience you will never forget. The room was beautiful and very clean. The Pool and Hottub were clean and well maintained as well. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The environmental conditioning was excellent. The bathroom was the largest I have seen at any Hyatt, and this includes many other 4 room suites. The bathroom was more in line with the presidential suites I have stayed in. The Club was open for free food and drink. This is also a rare thing at most Regencies. None of the 3 in Denver, where I live, are open. Overall, the best hotel in Hyatt chain, I have stayed in so far. This place should be a benchmark for all other Regencies to achieve.

I recently called down to inquire about their facilities. The pool and hot tub being open to non room guests, and the temperature of the pool. I spoke with Harlem and she went above and beyond to answer every question. She was extremely helpful and actually had the patience to listen to my entire question before giving me an honest and detailed answer. She even made sure to explain in detail what purchasing a day pass will provide for myself and my 2 young daughters. We live locally and finding an indoor pool that is actually WARM enough to swim in can be challenging. But Harlem was able to tell me with confidence and 1st hand experience that the pool is in fact heated to 83° no matter the outside temperature. Harlem's professionalism and knowledge was greatly appreciated. More often than not, nowadays when you call a business for information the individual on the other end just wants off the phone so they can get back to their FB or Instagram or whatever else is important to them instead of the potential customer on the other end of the phone....Harlem was NOT at all bothered by any of my questions or my general concerns. So THANK YOU VERY MUCH Harlem. My daughter's and I look forward to the pool and hot tub by use of the day pass.

We had an unforgettable stay at this hotel with a breathtaking view of the lake. The ambiance was delightful, and the room was cozy and well-appointed. Clean nice sized rooms with amazing views of Lake Washington. Loved the bar & outdoor seating next to the lake.

I stayed at this hotel 3 nights for a work conference and it was a pleasant experience. I was able to check in early when I arrived, which was nice. Although not everyone was and their website link sent via email for checking in and out did not work. The hotel staff helped well with the breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks over 3 days. The room was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed or would find useful, such as hangers, places to put bags, a desk, separate sitting area, mini fridge and various lighting options. The room is well designed. The location is pretty great too, being close to the airport but on the water with a nice view and a trail for exercise.
I would probably not spend the money to stay at a place like this but if you are someone who considers it in your price range I would recommend it
