My husband and I had a really lovely experience shopping here last week. Thanks to the help of everyone working that day, my husband was able to get a really nice pair of working boots for the first time in years. They also told us where to find waterproof shoelaces, as they didn’t carry them at Danner.
I’m going to try to come back sometime when my husband is ready to upgrade his socks, and maybe once I’m ready for a new pair of shoes too.

Many of Danner boots are USA made, be patriotic! Great boots. Viennary was very helpful and took great care and time with fitment. They also carry Dovetail work wear for women.

Nice little shop with great boots. I bought a pair of Mountain Pass in black in a EE width. Very good looking and comfortable, too. They also had a good selection of women's boots and work boots. Resolable and hardy.

Great boot store, the selection is really good, I'd say they carry most of the models from their website, so not to worry on not finding something, the quality of the boots are quite, good, most boots are USA made, a Portland company, quite a few Gore Tex models, staff are very knowledgeable on the products and appear to use them, themselves

Good dang boots. PNW staple. Some are even assembled out of OR. Even had wides for my duck-like feet.

Nice clean, friendly staff helpful and non pressuring. They were good and brought me multiple different pairs multiple different styles and then I decided to give these a try as a haven't before the Trakwelt. Like the fact that they already have a tow cover on them I have always done the quarries. May go back and up my game to the rainforest I believe

These awesome folks really know their shoes! Jason R. And Nolan S. were both super helpful, friendly, and professional. They helped me find the perfect hiking shoes for taking my students on their annual camping/hiking field trip. They even helped me find a second comfy pair for school so my tired teacher feet won't be so tired chasing kids around the school's easier trails. This was my second time buying Danners at this store, and I've only had positive experiences, but this was the best so far!

This place has so much cool stuff. Great staff with amazing customer service. Huge selection and if they don't have what you need, they'll get it.

I DEFINITELY hurt the guys feelings when I told him I didn’t need help. He was being snotty and the shoes were terrible fitting. There were four employees standing around doing nothing but talking though! 👍👍

I haven’t been in the store yet this year however I will be going this weekend as I need new boots for work. They aren’t the closest location to me but the selection is way better than the downtown Seattle location due entirely to store size. Downtown is great and I always go there if I need to order boots that I don’t need a day from now. The staff are very helpful and don’t hassle you by asking if you need help every second, and will gladly take the time to help you find what you need.

Came in to try the Bull Run Chelsea on feet on Saturday. Wasn’t planning on buying anything but after my experience there, I just ordered a pair online. Great customer service! The guy that helped me really knew his stuff. Wished I remembered his name. I’ll be coming back to buy apparel as well.

Did not know they made such awesome, sturdy belts. They’re boot selection is also quality. Its good to know they still have a brick and mortar where I can try things on like work gloves and belts. It means a lot to see the craftsmanship first hand before I purchase. Thanks Danner!

Went there for the first time ever to buy a pair of boots. Place is amazing! I could spend way more money there! Its not just boots.

Great staff here - always very helpful and friendly. During these strange times, the staff is wearing masks and limited people inside. There's also shields at the register for further protection.
When it comes to retail - product and service are my top two registers for high remarks and Danner hits on both categories. Aside from quality products, i purchased La Crosse wader boots from them - though I haven't had a chance to test them out, they are amongst the more comfortable ones I've tried on. I also bought some danner dry hiking boots for a day out in the snow and those are very comfortable and kept my warm and dry while out sledding.
What validates the 5 star rating is that I bought the waders last weekend and the hiking boots the following weekend and there was a sale going on. When the gal that was checking me out saw that, she did a price adjustment on my previous purchase to save me more money as the store was doing a 25% discount! I wasn't expecting that - so it was greatly appreciated that they go above and beyond to take care of their clients.

I hope i won't be needing more boots any time soon with my two recent purchases but if I'm ready for more or need someone else needs boots, i wouldn't hesitate to recommend Danner!

Walked in knowing what I wanted, tried on two different sizes. Left with some nice new boots. Great selection of boots, shoe care products outdoor clothing. Located at Renton Landing.

Went I. Looking for a pair of 6” zip up black boots for riding motorcycle. They had 3 different styles. I bought one. They had it transferred from another store because they didn’t have my size. Arrived in 3 days. I love they. So happy a bought another pair in a different style. Thank you

Needed boots for work that were lightweight, waterproof and provided good support, and MAN, did I find them. The gentleman working (fella named Chris) gave me tremendous service. He was available to help without being obtrusive, listened to my needs attentively and sold me the exact product I was looking for. Extra points for wearing a mask, and minding social distancing requirements. I might never buy boots anywhere else! Thanks, Chris!!!

My sales receipt says 'Warren' on it, so I hope that's who helped me today. I need a wide shoe, so I was concerned that the 2E width Danner offers wouldn't be enough for me. 'Warren' didn't miss a beat when I asked about widths. He was a great sales guy, leading by asking how I use my boots and if there were any features or concerns I had. He showed me the Vicious line, explaining that the 'lasts' (shoe molds used in manufacturing, if you will) for these boots tend to be a little wider than the others, in spite of their 2E rating. I tried them on and they were perfect. My popular shoe size for that popular color boot just happened to be out of stock, but he offered to get it transferred in a couple of days. I chose to get another color instead. At the register I was surprised when the total was less than I had calculated in my head. Warren had listened when I spoke of prior experiences with their products in the Army, because he applied a 10% discount at the register for me and thanked me for my service. This is my first experience with a Danner retail store and it certainly won't be my last. Well done, team.
