Remodeling my house and needed a lot of tools I don’t normally need. Zachery was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to explain what tools I needed and exactly where it was so I didn’t have to hunt for it. Honestly the costumer service is better than any store I have been at in years. Well done Lowe’s I will be coming back here from now on. Also nice to see people enjoying their job and treating people kindly.

There’s a guy named Jamie here that knows absolutely everything and single handedly gives this store 5 stars. Told him about a project and he filled up my cart with everything I needed with great detail. Promote this man.

This is a BIG Lowes and very well stocked too. Their garden section is massive with every possibly conceivable type of plant sold anywhere around Seattle.
Located in Renton, right across the strett from Target and Staples too.
The parking lot has small spaces, but away from the store is plenty of open area for large pick ups and trailers.

Buy all my electrical supplies here...it's well organized and very easy to grab what you need for any job and checkout ... Then go to work .. The sales staff and most of the employees are very helpful ... It's quite enjoyable to just look at new merchandise, and it's always a pleasure to grab a hot dog outside with grilled onions, sauerkraut, ketchup, and cream cheese... Thank you Lowes and thank you to your great staff...

I came here to get a piece of wood for my closet and it needed to be cut into exact dimensions. The guy working in Lumber was super friendly and professional. Thank you William!

I really like Lowe's over other competitors. It's easier to find staff to help you, and their install projects have a much faster timeline. I have switched from the competition to becoming a Lowe's customer for my home improvement and home maintenance needs!

Jessica is so cool. She helped me how to take care of the flowers, also she very patient to listen and answer all my questions. Very very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great customer service. I called ahead of time to see if they had a few items in stock and the person who picked up the phone gave me all the information I needed, including the aisle number. When I was inside, two employees gave me a simple "hello" which is something you wouldn't encounter in most places. Finally at the checkout, I was assisted by another employee when I was not able to get my receipt. All three encounters before, during, and after my purchase were positive experiences, without exception. I would happily come back for my next visit.

Kylie and Laura in Paint were superstars on my recent visit on 10/18, seriously give these ladies a raise, they’re so darn helpful! Sorry I didn’t realize the surveys expire after a week, the receipt got lost in the car. It was stressful day and I need all sorts of help getting paint for a variety of projects. Not only we’re Laura and Kylie quick and super friendly, they made it easy with great knowledge on their paint products as well. Thank you for making my day!

Needed two closet rods I purchased at Lowe's to be cut down to fit and was told that the cutting service didn't apply to metal. Sergay was kind enough to find a hand saw and cut them both right then and there. Great service first thing in the morning!

Love this Lowe's. We've done all sort of shopping here since we moved here 12 years ago, and can usually get what we need at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful, including with returns.
