I am very disappointed with this law firm. I hired Mr. Affilito to handle a real estate transaction. He was not thorough in handling my transaction.
I had to pay an overdue electric bill from the previous owner otherwise the town would place a lean on my home. He advised me to pay the bill and he would make things right. Needless to say that it was a ball that was dropped by Mr. Affilito and the title company that he hired. I received absolutely nothing but lip service. He did not make the situation right. All I was told by his legal assistant was how busy they were. They took on too many clients and their service was sloppy. They went as far as asking me to make phone calls during the transaction process because they were too busy. I paid this firm in good faith hoping to be protected and I was NOT. He may be a good criminal attorney, but do not hire him for any real estate transactions.

Had the inconvienence of working with Mr. Joe Afflitto. To start, his front desk woman is extremely unprofessional and discourteous. He did not contact me until the day of our court to discuss the matter despite my several attempts to contact him previously. Claims to be an expert, but was inadequate in his legal strategies. Mr. Afflito was unable to provide me with an explanation of what was ordered, I had to contact the court myself for an explanation. Would not recommend for ANY legal defense.

Simply a horrible lawyer! I hired him for my son and he did a half hour of work I am being generous with saying it was an half hour and charged me $1500.00 for that half hour!!
