The UPS Store

I have always gotten fine service at this UPS Store -- for over a decade. My packages have always been safe and secure and there when I go in for pick up. I've had major carriers drop insured, signature required packages on my front steps without attempting to ring my doorbell!! Sure, you read complaints online, but, most negatives are from people who expect free, free, free because they walked in the door. And, people are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive -- human nature. I've been in the store when people were rude. It's a business! Packing tape costs $, copy paper & machines cost $, rent costs $, utilities cost $, and time is $. Looking forward to a great relationship with new owners!! Great 1st impression, already. Will continue to support! Glad this location is so convenient in the Valley area of Wayne. Thank you!!

Great and fast service. They took me right away and I never had a problem with my shipments. I recommend this location !

If you haven't visited the UPS Store on Valley Road recently, you're in for a treat! Akshay is simply awesome. He is easy to talk to and will go above and beyond. The store has recently undergone a change in management, and the new team is doing an incredible job.

They've really gone above and beyond to make sure that every customer feels welcome and appreciated. The staff is friendly and personable, and they take the time to listen to your needs and answer any questions you might have.

I'm an international shipper and this place is really very welcoming. I should really praise the staffs and the service here.

I got here to deliver all my Amazon returns with no problem. I notice people are complaining about prices for things being scanned, but most people don’t realize if you have a smart phone you don’t need to go to the post office, you can scan all documents with your phone and send them via email or to a fax number right from your phone and stop mentioning complaining about it and the money. it’s a business because the money for paper printing and overhead three dollars is a reasonable price to do the work to do them for you.

Casey Choi made my experience at the UPS store one of the most positive interactions I’ve ever had. I had to send three huge packages oversees and he was very helpful and thoughtful. He taped the boxes really well so they wouldn’t break, and made sure everything was good to go. While we were inputting the shipping details we had a great chat. He is very kind and caring for his job. I would 100000% recommend using this USP store, I know I won’t go anywhere else!!! Thank you so much!!!

They are so nice and very patient. I have around 10 boxes need to send out and David the person work at ups help me get all the boxes from the car!

Fast, friendly and reliable. If you have an Amazon return, a UPS drop off/shipment, a document to laminate or a printing job, go to the UPS valley road location.

I went in for a FIOS return. Gentleman/owner explained everything to me as he was doing it.

In and out on 5 minutes. Answered all my questions. Wished him well and left.

This ups store is fast and friendly. I often get emails from amazon within an hour of dropping off saying that my return is being processed. That means the store scanned my label and is getting my returns shipped very quickly.
