T & J auto repair services was recommended to me after a bad experience at another local shop. I was very pleased with how quickly they got me in for my service and how many other clients walked in with good things to say. I’m Looking forward to using this business in the future for my automotive needs!

I got my inspection and oil done here. I made an appointment and it was less than a week. The gentleman on the phone and the one I met personally were very courteous and friendly. Everything was done while I waited. 5 stars!

The service was very good. I called and told Jay the problem I was having with my car and he automatically knew what was wrong with it. I dropped my car off at night and got it back the next day. The price he charged was decent. I recommend you bring your car here if you live in Carmel/Patterson/Kent/Mahopac.

Had the car towed here because the engine wouldn't turn over and was expecting the worst. They were able identify the issue and resolve it within a couple of days (seized AC compressor, had them install a bypass since it wasn't worth replacing on the vehicle). Excellent service, experienced, fast, friendly, professional, and good/fair prices. Thanks Jim & crew!

Friendly and honest. Of all the places I called in the middle of the snow storm, not only were the only place that would take my car short notice, but since it was just too much snow in my tires that was making my car unbalanced they did the job no charge. I've been going to them ever since. I'm always happy with their service.

I trust Jim, he will tell you what can happen before he starts. Explains everything and involves you in decisions. He is accommodating, organized and very fair. The shop is always busy and for good reason! I have been a happy customer for at least 17 years.

Jim has always been my go to, lifetime of experience, great work, fair pricing and no interest in upselling anything unnecessary to make up more work. Wouldn’t take any of my cars anywhere else.

Good quality work at reasonable prices. Incredibly honest. You can take your vehicle here knowing you will never get overcharged for unnecessary work.
