The gold standard!! Our Service professionals in Chatham and Spring Lake are the best--- thorough, respectful, knowledgeable, timely, etc... and so very nice. We are VERY long-time customers and would never switch from Terminix. Their people are their brand and we have had the best experiences over the years. My Terminix technician has inspected my home for years. He is prompt, thorough, professional , and personable. He took the time to inspect all areas of my home : garage, basement, crawl spaces, and grounds. He took many photos to document his findings and used technology to record his findings. I feel confident that my home is safe from problems with Terminix. I recommend them highly.

Brian is awesome. He listens and is neat about his applications. He's thoughtful about where and where not to spray because we have cat beds ...etc outside. We trust him and are very happy. Thank you Brian

The follow-up of the Terminix team is unmatched. I have been so pleased with every aspect of our interaction with everyone on their team and the effectiveness of the treatments. Their team sealed our crawlspace, hauled away EVERYTHING, treated for mice in our basement and termites all around our home. I was recommended and I highly recommend them.

John Gove was absolutely wonderful. He showed up a day early AND kept me informed as to arrival time and completion! After he left I had a question to which I texted him and he promptly answered me and provided a in depth answer. We also need LANTERN BUG extermination! These pests from Asia can kill every tree in Monmouth County!!!! Steve said to wait till Terminix had a spray for them!!!!

Because of the service we have received from our service tech (Randy). Yes, price and services are important but without a competent, personable. Individual to provide those services in a professional yet compassionate manner. Neither the price nor services matter if your left feeling unsatisfied after said services have been delivered.

Terminex at this location in ocean county NJ is superior but unfortunately my experience in Rockland County NY was disappointingly very different

Terminex makes the process simple without having to think about when the next service is. I receive a text message from my service tech, who has been the same tech for years, each time he is scheduled to come to my house. He always asks if there are any areas that need attention and if he notices anything out of the ordinary, he’ll text me about it. Our tech goes above and beyond and gives a great name to the company.

We needed help with an ant issue in certain parts of the house. We tried setting traps on our own and removing brush along the house, but after a few days the ants continued to make their way in. We reached out to Terminix and the customer service was excellent! I spoke with Felicia and Dana on the phone to book an appointment for service. They were so friendly and were quick to help! Jason came the next day to treat the house and the areas where the ants were coming in. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional! He let me know when he would arrive so I knew the time frame. He explained each part of the treatment process and next steps after treating inside and outside of the house. I would definitely recommend Terminix for pest control as the service was great!
