I love stopping by this store on my way to work, to pick up my morning coffee. The store is always clean and the coffee is fresh. You can tell they regularly brew new coffee and it's not just sitting all day. The staff is super friendly, they always have a smile on their face and know "your order" if you are a regular. There are lots of 7-11 locations, but this one is by far one of the best

Always convenient in fast when I stop there on my way home. Like the selection a products and coffee is good, sometimes the chai latte is also a great choice.

Great owner, employees always pleasant.
The older cashier at night has been nothing but kind to me, he and his wife keep that store clean and always has fresh coffee!

711, convenient, what is there to complain about

So it seems as if there is a trend for the elderly Indian guy to be rude to their customers. I attempted to purchase scratch offs last night. He then states to me “NO LOTTERY !”. With no explanation, I never knew there was a cut-off to purchase scratch offs? Even if there is, his attitude and customer service is horrible. This is not the first time I have been on the receiving end of his rudeness…I guess at some point the owner will address his behavior. A complaint was filed with their corporate office.

Not good....So I went to this store around 10pm, only two customers in the store, and right away the older man working behind the counter was rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional. I simply asked him for some lottery tickets and that request alone made the already miserable man even more miserable. He then proceeded to rudely toss a handful of blank lottery slips towards me as well as a dirty, sticky pen. I tried to tell him that for what I am playing, a bet slip is not required. He mumbled a slur in anger, walked away from me and refused to give me service. Let me just say that in the 20 years that I have been coming to this store, I've never dealt with someone so rude, arrogant, nasty and disrespectful. This terror of a man should be working the graveyard shift at a cemetery.

Very rude to a 17 year old that respectfully asked if they were open because he noticed a woman mopping the floor, the person behind the counter sarcastically asked what are you blind! Seriously, a young man being respectful and going to give you his hard earned money?
This family will not be back and will encourage other to not be so “blind” to rude behavior when it comes to choices of convenience stores.

I went in to get a slurpee.The cashier was the most miserable person I have ever seen in my life, when I got to the counter he told me I was dirty because my slurpee was dripping on the counter so I told him that it’s a slurpee and it’s part of his job to clean the counters he then threatened to call the police on me after I paid for my items and then preceded to take pictures of me and followed me as I walked out the door... no one should ever support this 7/11 there employees are disgusting and treat there paying customers terrible. The employee should be fired for his treatment of customers.

SEXUAL PREDATOR ALERT: Ladies the man that works the graveyard shift has been arrested and convicted of sexual assault WHILE WORKING THERE!!!! DO NOT GO THERE. They should've NEVER hired him back and should be ashamed of themselves!!!! I'm in the process of contacting numerous other sources. I, myself, had had a run-in with this man - it's terrifying and he is the epitome of a predator. He is a threat and he should NOT be anywhere near that store let alone working the same exact shift in which he committed his crime.

If I could give 0 stars I could I asked for the 10/5 wings and he basically yelled and couldn’t understand a word I was saying. I ask any question they don’t want to help or answer anything. I tried to call one time to see if I could get it ready I’m advance the one man was so rude and just hung up. Never will I ever come back here these people should not be working. Terrible customer service, this isn’t India good business starts with beyond excellent customer service.

The older gentleman that works the 11.00 pm shift is absolutely awful he,s RUDE NASTY and totally DISRESPECTFUL to the CUSTOMERS and has Absolutely NO BUSINESS working in CUSTOMER SERVICE.It,s NOT the first time with me but it WILL BE THE LAST TIME.Never had a problem during the day.HE NEEDS to be RETRAINED or releaved of his duties

Restrooms not availible for customer, all wawa offer all locations a clean restroom for customer. I will not stop again in 7eleven.

I work for uber for 2 yr so i go to alot of 711 went i take a brake never have a complaint till i went to these one the cashier is rude and racist stay away from these 711

This 711 is a joke I put a little bit of coffee creamer in my cup it was about a shot and they charged me a $1.70 for it that’s really sad and that’s really bad customer service so be careful and you get things from here won’t come back here

Very Prejudice store owner just expects all his customers to be flowing with cash I am completely disgusted and cannot believe Ocean Township would allow such a business to treat people this way please boycott I heard someone else wants to boycott it as well
