Maurice was very helpful! Found a beautiful recliner for a great price but they didn't have any new in the box. I was ready to call it quits but he double checked the back then was able to find one new in box a couple towns over and had them hold it for me. Thanks again, Maurice.

Clean nicely displayed store even the staff are friendly can't find that in many places these days. Makes a difference to me whether I go back again or not Yep loving this store

What can I say??? I went in Big lots of Ocean in Neptune, NJ and was helped out by 3 great Teammates Kat, Sue, & Nate…. Although I could not find what I was looking for I did leave satisfied and accomplished because of their great customer service… These 3 embodied the true meaning of Customer Relations…. Please Commemorate them for their great job.

I absolutely love this place I come at least once or twice every month and always leave with a cart full of stuff. The staff is very friendly and always willing to have conversations with the customers while ringing up their stuff. The bathrooms are always clean and so is the store.

Great place to shop. The store is being completely remodeled and looks amazing. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I enjoy taking a sneak peak at the clearance table at the front door. I scored big today with the end of season clearance of some summer seasonal stuff at 75% off.

I do private duty in home care and my patient is 92 and sharp and doesn't like to sit at home so we go to biglots because it's never overcrowded and it always has what we are looking for plus brand new items to look at.

Good spot for a little bit of everything you would need for inside your home. Groceries, furniture curtains, comforters holiday decorations. Also the best part for me is there's lots of room to walk around.!!

I like to buy containers and seasonal items at big lots. I am a member of their club and get coupons in my email. The staff has always been very helpful.

A large store featuring discounted and closeout items. Furniture, food, kitchen stuff, toys, etc.. lots of fun to look around for great bargains. I always leave with some good deal.
