This Target has greatly improved over the years. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. The newest layout and design of the store is very nice. The store is brightly lit and it is easy to find what you are looking for.

We were having a problem with a synching issue between a watch and phone. Luckily we thought to use your tech department. Javier Sagardia was so helpful and pleasant in the process of fixing this problem for the technology challenged seniors such as ourselves. Thank you again, Javier.

One stop shopping, great vegan choices in food, love their personal product line, especially in household cleaning items. As per this specific store it is definitely suffering from employee shortages , but I think it is the reality of USA for now. With the lack of employees I prefer to focus on the great job the current employees are doing. And shoppers should help by putting things back as oppose to dropping them anywhere.

I love this target so much. Merch has def taken a bit of a hit since COVID but that’s happened everywhere. Almost always the employees are top notch. Especially tonight.

I go there for my Prescriptions, I've used the pharmacy there for about 14 years.

I was new to using the Target app in reference to placing an order for pickup through the app and I was uncertain of how to do that. I asked if Emily could just give me about a minute or so of her time so I can make sure I could pay for the purchase on the app . She was very sweet the whole entire time and had no problem waiting for me while I was trying to figure it out. She was very helpful and it really means so much to me. Thank you so much Emily and you should be employee of the month / year!!!!

I took my mom (76 and delicate) shopping for some things she needed and we had a little trouble finding something. Ivonne went out of her way to help us find it. She even went in back to find another item not on the shelf! The whole time she was gracious and we were all chatting and laughing. This made our trip so pleasurable and I’m truly grateful for her and the tone set in the store! Much Love Ivonne!!

Carmen at the Ocean Township, NJ location makes the self-checkout so fun and light, especially when the lines are long and people are annoyed. Hers observant of when anyone needs help!

The Ocean Target always makes shopping a good experience!

I've always had a positive experience when I shop at target but today I was being followed around as if they suspected me of something I purchased 2 planting pots and 2 plant starter kits so I'm not understanding the need to have associates follow me around the store for what ever reason the right way to go about it if you suspect someone of something is to customer service the individual not follow them. It made me very uncomfortable I know it's no loss to the company but I will no longer shop at target and I am cancelling my target credit card!!

Blanco helped me at checkout. This young gentleman is the epitome of customer service. During this busy time of year he answered all my questions and helped me checkout fast. Cheers Blanco

Today I went to the neptune target. I walked in with a shopping cart to lean on so I when I saw the electric scooter I said to the greeter at the door I will leave this cart here a get one of those scooters. He said no wait right here I will get it for you. He was so nice. I wanted headphones there was no one around but a down the isle told a store employee I needed headphones she sent someone right over. Next I was trying to reach a shirt a customer came over and helped me. So what I am saying is this store has great employees and great customers.

While I was shopping there, everyone was so nice, and I go there a lot and it has changed as need for the better. While I was the someone that worked there asked me if I wanted to work there even though I was using my Walker, I don't know how they knew that I needed a job, I guess it was because I was picking up stuff off the floor and looked like I work there, I was usually in a wheelchair, but this day I wasn't, I asked them if they had Customer Service job, where I could sit on a stool and he told me that wouldn't be a problem because I'm a people person, I guess I could be a Cashier as well. They really need people, I saw the sign I was in the store for hours, I couldn't decide b.c. what to get anyway I've always been in retail and even a manager just saying you need people, I'm there, while I was there I even helped o th her customers out.

Target offers a peaceful and comfortable shopping atmosphere. They always have beautiful, new and exciting products to choose from. Their home décor department is amazing. Prices are fair and reasonable for the quality.

I was purchasing this item for my mother who has a hard time navigating online orders.
Ordering online and picking up at the store was the perfect way for her to obtain a specialized item.
She didn't haveto run around and look for it throughout the store and go crazy. We were very happy with the entire process!

My phone was accidentally shut off and I was unable to get the call. So when I arrived in front of the store a dedicated employee, went inside for me; as I had groceries in the car and was unable to go inside. In actuality she could have sent me inside, but she chose to make sure I was given assistance. She got an employee named Robin to assist me, an bring my order to me. These are pleasant, kind and dedicated employees. Thank You, both!
