I’ve been ordering with them for 3 years now & I’m always Happy with the quality of their products & most importantly their service!! My fiancé also loves their flowers!

I called Friday and spoke with Eliana, before Mother's day looking for a specific trinket box "A mothers love is a treasure" floral arrangement - She looked online to see what I was looking for - She then checked w/Erica and they didn't have that one - but they Did Have - "Always in my heart" and she said they can make the same arrangement with the added on flowers I request and it would be fuller for same price!! It was perfect suggestion!! I wasn't in a rush as long as it was delivered by Mother's Day!!
My mother called me Saturday (the following day) to complain - I shouldn't have - blah blah... although she continued to rave about the beautiful flowers and the bowl.... which I knew she'd love!! On Sunday I called to wish her a Happy Mother's Day - she still raved about the flowers and she realized that the butterfly top - wasn't just a decoration and that it was a top!! My mom almost 85 years old God Bless her... was so thrilled - She still complained I spent too much money!! LoL I kept her on the phone and called her cell with DUO app so I could see the arrangement.... and in fact - she wasn't just telling me how beautiful the arrangement was to make me happy - It was truly beautiful done - Roses and carnation and the other flowers were fresh blooms!! Worth what I spent to hear and see her so happy through this crazy pandemic!
I will be using this florist for my Bronx deliveries and will recommend them to my family & friends as will my mother will also! :-)

Beautiful, healthy flowers. Great selection of vases, beautifully arranged with good prices. Ivory the flower shop cat was Almost as Friendly as Erica herself. Def a pleasant experience! 😊😊

I needed a sympathy arrangement for services this past Sunday 9/26 and had a hard time finding someone who'd deliver om that day and Erica's came through. I was pleasantly surprised with the yellow masche basket I chose which came on time and at a great price. The family loved it!!! Thank you 🤗

Even though I ordered the unicorn flowers, they were out of that style. The florist had to put something else together at the last minute, and it came out great. They are very creative and quick. Only direction from me was that they had to be red, and whoever put together the flowers really came through. Flowers were delivered on time. Definitely recommend.

Erica's flowers place where I have been using for several years . I physically never visited, I live in a another State. I always call and the lady is very polite and helpful. The arrangement of flowers that I order are absolutely beautiful ! , and the PLUS of this my mother agrees...

Such an amazing experience, the staff was very helpful and helped me find the right gift for mother’s day. I walked in unsure of what to get my grandmother & my mom. And they took their time to pick out the perfect roses, chocolate and teddy bears. Thank you!!!

The best flower shop in all of NYC. They carry a Wide selection of exotic flowers, plants, balloons, stuffed animals, and chocolates. I've ordered from them for every special occasion and they never failed. Staff is professional, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. Ask for Miguel, he's awesome!

I literally called maybe a hour and half before closing time to have an arrangement made for the very next morning for a funeral and they were so great and able to accommodate us with no problem the arrangement of flowers came out absolutely beautiful .
