Love this ShopRite near my home. Finally they had dark chocolate cocoa 100% ❤

I just picked up my order of cupcakes for my son's birthday celebration and I am in awe!!!! Christina in the bakery dept is an amazing person, with such an awesome personality. When she took my order I was excited because she was excited about making this order. Fast-forward to today and words can not express how impressed I am with Christina, her skills and my cupcakes!!! I will be using ShopRite for all my baking needs so long as Christina is there with her contagious charisma and smile!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗 Thank you for making this special day a memorable one. I can't wait for my son to see these 🤗😁

First time and it was a really good experience everything was very organized and fresh. Paul is awesome he helped us when we had some questions about the Rice I was purchasing and he also informed me about the sale on Scott tissue and how I can get it at Guest services. The ladies at Guest Services were so nice and helpful. As well as the young ladies at checkout so attentive and helpful. It was super busy and they managed to be very professional and nice.

I am so glad that ShopRite came to the Bronx when it first opened. I have never visited one until I heard about its arrival. There is sooooo much to see and explore that this supermarket is practically a village in itself. Their own brand of food such as hamburgers and cola tasted so great. Not to mention that the place is well-cared for and organized. Although some of the items there are a bit pricey conpared to other markets, the quality that dwells inside them, in my opinion, are unmatched by anything I have ever consumed. All I can say is that ShopRite is the prime example of what a REAL supermarket should look like hands down.

Great produce and sea food sections. Although Shop Rite is always busy, the place is well stocked and clean. The sushi bar is good quality, they have a full bakery section, seafood counter and deli. Large selection of snacks, frozen food and ethnic items. Parking lot is a plus. Prices are a bit more expensive than places like Trader Jo or Aldi but the selection is outstanding, especially compared to other supermarkets in the area. Self checkout and parking lot are a plus.

I was amazed when I walk in an see a sushi area with my daughter farite sandwich an so much bigger that the one I shop at in gateway mall they don't have a sushi bar there but they should try to fit one it it would be great.

My favorite store. I love the variety of goods and the prices.

Clean and not as crowded as I thought. They have police as security, so I'm assuming it's safe. They also had a sushi station, which was a shock. Definitely try it out if you're close and wanna do light shopping

Finally took a chance at trying ShopRite in the hood. It was ALL GOOD. Feels great to spend money on quality goods in my own community.

I went to the ShopRite located by Bruckner Blvd on Monday Feb 19th looking for the vanilla ice cream bars on sale for $4:50. The top bin was empty. Your employee Thomas was hauling a heavy cart full of food supplies by me. I simply asked him to look and see if there was a carton of the sale ice cream towards the back of the shelf. It was empty. He then took the time to go see if there were more in the storage
area of the store. It took him several minutes but out he came, arms full
with the ice cream. How really nice was that. I needed to share
this comment with everyone. He is one of many good employees at ShopRite.

Employees are here early stocking shelves first thing in the morning and they're very helpful. Great selection. Best supermarket in the area.

Stock with enough food for everyone, never a shortage and prices are fair no price gouging. Always full of willing friendly staff and easy in and out. Stocked with wnough carts for customers . Fruits and vegetables always look fresh as well as other ready to go food. Excellent precooked hot food away available and my preferred Supermarket

I don't normally leave reviews unless I'm impressed and want to share my experiences with a particular venue. I can't praise this ShopRite location enough. In the past I have dealt with other ShopRite locations. Once this store opened I switched over since it's closer to where I live. I can't speak for everyone at this location but I can give a special kudos to Konstance and Jennifer .L. These two young ladies are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of my shopping needs are met. That makes a huge difference for me. If you're on the fence and haven't tried this location yet then I highly recommend it. This store get's 5 stars from me. On a side note to ShopRite Corporate Management I just want to say these two lovely ladies deserve some recognition and a raise! If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have bothered to leave a comment. That in itself speaks volumes.

Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Jennifer and Konstance of the ShopRite team at Bruckner Blvd represent among the highest levels of customer service I have ever experienced. The information they provided me with was accurate and all responses were prompt and professional. Jennifer and Konstance were super friendly, patient and diligent in helping me resolve my online order issue. I currently reside in Philadelphia, Pa., and was attempting to send my mother-in-law (whom lives in the Bronx) groceries via the shop from home application offered by ShopRite corporation. For an entire day I'd been trying to successfully place the order so that my mother-in-law could go pick it up the following morning. However, this was to no avail as I just could not get past the payment process point and did not understand why that was the case. Once my issue was resolved, Konstance called me back to assure me that she'd just received my order confirmation and would be personally shopping for me. Top notch communication skills were shown and noted. Customer service is obviously their strategy and it shows. These two associates are knowledgeable, fine ambassadors for the company and impressively represent the corporation. They really went above and beyond, I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you ladies for a wonderful customer service experience!!!!

Brought a cake here for my daughters birthday, our guest loved it! I added my own touch to it but the flavor was great!

It was clean and had a lot of food and things for the summer also. The staff was super nice to me and you should go there to buy food and etc.

I love going to this ShopRite on Bruckner boulevard friendly staff and cashiers the only thing I wish they would be the store bigger but otherwise good prices definitely going back
