The Brunswick Harley Davidson store is wonderful. One of the staff was going over everything on Hubbies' new motorcycle before we left.

One of the biggest dealerships I've been in so far! The owner is a hilarious old gal. Very friendly people! They do a lot of benefit rides and they help out homeless animals!

I bought a battery for my bike today the staff was incredibly friendly. I then went out to leave and my truck wouldn’t start. It was right around closing time and it was very cold and windy out. One of the owners stayed with me an extra 30 minutes past closing so I didn’t have to sit out in the cold. These guys go above and beyond and genuinely care about there customers. Great selection of bikes, Friendly and social staff! I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

September 29th, 2022. My buddy and I just completed the northern 2/3rds of the NEBDR. We were on the road, starting Sept 11th from Denver, Colorado and rode through northeastern Canada and started the NEBDR on September 22nd at the Boundary Pond in NH. As usual, we loaded up our Buell Ulysseses with our camping gear, ready to head south.. as I lifted the bike to the riding position, I heard a crank and noticed that my kickstand was laying on the ground. At that point I knew there wasn’t getting off the bike, I rode west and found Brunswick HD, stopped in their parking lot, and as I sat on my Buell my buddy, entered the shop and was greeted immediately. The service dept had me pull the bike in, secured to the lift and three hours later we were continuing our adventure. We rode south, enjoyed the tail of the dragon and finally made it home on October 16th.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my first Harley at Brunswick Harley-Davidson. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The saddle bags on my bike were missing keys when I first went to pick it up. They were so quick to order new locks and call me when parts were in. I brought the bike back and waited maybe 10 -15 minutes for them to install the new locks. During my time there the staff would ask me questions about things we talked about when I first picked up the bike. I barely felt like I was waiting. That and checking out the new bikes, gear and parts made the ride out 100% worth it. I would recommend Brunswick Harley-Davidson to anyone!

This place is just outside of Troy NY and worth a stop. Extremely nice and polite folks. Building is extremely nice and had a lot of everything from clothes to helmets to accessories. The parts and service department was just as nice and stocked. If it wasn’t for the NYS tax I’d buy there often. Give them a try I think you’ll be happy you stopped.
