Walgreens Pharmacy

Super helpful, nice people. I'd never been to a Walgreens that is just the pharmacy. They were very fast, too. Lexi was very helpful and proactive. They seem very organized.

My son had a medical emergency and we needed replacement medication. Our usual spot, Wegmans, said the medication was on back order. I called CVS, Target, Walmart, before Walgreens. They were the only who had the medication I needed available. My insurance excludes this from their coverage and the manufacturer limits their discount program to 2x per calendar year. The staff was very helpful, signed my son up on the spot for a Walgreens corporate drug program (free), and took his $5,800 medication down to $25. Plus, they filled it very quickly. Really appreciated them and will gladly bring my medication business across the street from the Mega-Weg, where you park right at the door and get in/out quickly. Thank you!

I went here for the COVID booster. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Are they being asked to do too much by corporate, or just inexperienced and not trained in customer service? COVID forms had been photocopied so many times they were illegible. Receptionist was half-attentive and half-surly. Pharmacist was clearly overwhelmed with orders. Tried to be friendly while administering shot, but his nervousness was contagious. Shop was clean but is so old and poorly furnished had the feel of being dirty and cheesy. If they can't handle the traffic, slow down.

Sat on hold for 2 hours so I just drove they had a sign on the door that said closed today 8/28 due to emergency staffing issues. So I took my business across the street to wegmans and they also said they can never get a hold of them any given day of the week …..so us all a favor and SHUT THIS WALGREENS DOWN
