Hidden gem!

My son decided randomly Saturday morning he wanted to get a perm. I called a few places and either got no answer or there weren’t any openings. I figured it was a long shot. I stumbled upon Hair Palace online and their great reviews. Called them about 9:30 and they were able to take him at 11. And even more convenient they are only about 15 minutes away. I’ve driven past this place a hundred times and never gave it a second thought but I’m so glad I did.

When we got there we were greeted by three very nice women. My son had Joanne G. She was so friendly and asked a few questions to determine what he wanted. She got his hair in curlers in no time. It was clear she knew what she was doing. While we waited the staff was so kind and outgoing. The whole process took about an hour and a half from start to finish and it looks great and less expensive than I was expecting, so that was a nice surprise.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hair Palace and even though I have a stylist, I will definitely bring him and my other son back.

Joan has done my hair quite a few times already. I’m very happy each time I leave the salon. I have very long hair and hadn’t been to a salon for 6 years before this in fear that they’d cut my hair too short or they’d ruin it. I never have to worry about that with Joan. My hair is healthy and she has NEVER cut my hair too short. I fully trust her with my hair. I’ll keep going to her until I can’t!

First time customer, had a great wash/cut/style with Joanne. Excellent price. She was very understanding of what I wanted, and made adjustments when I asked for them. The salon is bright, clean and relaxed. Great atmosphere! I will definitely go back for my next hair cut.

Over the past 20 years, Joan has cut my hair many times. She has also taken care of my family members. She has always done a perfect job. One time, someone talked me into getting my hair cut at a different place, and it was the very worst haircut. I left that place in tears and drove right to Joan. She didn't laugh at me or make me feel horrible for going somewhere else...she took me in right away and was very compassionate. This last time I went in, I hadn't had my hair cut in over a year and a half. It was so very long so I figured I would try a different style. I searched online for photos of what I needed. Joanne was new for me. I showed her the photos and she knew just the cut I was looking for. It's not an easy cut and it takes longer to do, but she did it perfect!!! I was so happy!!! This is the only place that I will trust for all my future haircuts.

Have been Joan's client for years, she is that good! She is a perfectionist and makes sure her client is happy. Everyone at Hair Palace is nice, and the shop is very clean. Their appointments run on time.

I have been going to hair palace 11 for as long as I can remember and seeing JoAnn who is the sweetest person but then again all the girls are great very family oriented like and Joan's mother is funny and just a beautiful person if you have not tried then go for your self you will love it
