My only real complaint is sometimes communication can be a bit sketchy. But otherwise no major complaints. Dr. Mahklouf started off as my prenatal doctor and all the concerns and worries I had as a first time mom,he addressed them and put at ease. He was very thorough in my prenatal care. I decided to make him my regular OBGYN after my daughter was born abd as much as I hate those yearly visits,he and his nurses are phenomenal.

Honestly i have been coming to this office for over 10 years and I have never experience their poor quality customer services until this year. You cancelled my appt and never made a new one then scheduled me out. I make my appts a year in advance but I honestly think its the change in their front desk staff
