On Sunday I woke up to a flood in my boiler. After some trouble shooting I realized it was the hot water heater. I called several places and no one answered except for Myles. We spoke briefly and he asked me to text him some photos of the hot water heater to try and diagnose the issue. He ended up coming the next day only to realize my hot water heater was completely broken and likely needed to replace it. Unable to help he quickly called his colleague (another plumbing/heating expert) to help me out in a last minute emergency. Unfortunately he wasn't able to help as he was backed up with his own clients. As soon as Myles learned that I would be left somewhat stranded without hot water (now 2 days), we spoke again later that day and he got me in contact with his supplier to order the hot water heater which was delivered the next morning. Myles arrived bright and early, ready to work and saved the day. He was in and out in a few hours and even advised I get my chimney cleaned. Something I would likely have overlooked for a little while as a brand new homeowner. I can't express how honest, reliable and trust worthy Myles was. I knew nothing about what was going on or how to fix it and having a toddler and elderly mother in law, it was crucial to get the hot water running in these super cold months. I would recommend Myles anytime! THANKS AGAIN.

Myles and his assistant Eddie replaced a toilet for me. They purchased the toilet I'd chosen, arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up quickly. When a problem turned up with the flush mechanism, they returned promptly and replaced the defective mechanism with one from their truck without charge. Excellent contractor experience! Miles and Eddy were our live savers when our hot water heater went unexpectedly. We called them at 8 am and they were at our door at 11 am with a new hot water heater. They installed it quickly, and took the old one away. They were extremely professional and punctual and I would recommend them to anyone!

Miles was very responsive and friendly (only plumber who returned my panicked Christmas day frozen pipe call), and while he didn't end up doing any work for me (yet) he did offer me some local referrals, as he he said the jobs would really be better served by other trades professionals.
I really appreciated the guidance and the feeling that he wasn't just trying to make a buck, as well as his responsiveness.

He quickly diagnosed the issue I had with my on demand hot water heater. Honest, fair, and competent- I couldn’t be happier.

Myles graciously gave me free guidance over the phone on how to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He wanted to give me a quick, free fix before having me commit to paying for his service to come and get the job done. Very decent of him. I will definitely be contacting him in the future.

They swapped out a bunch of our old copper pipes with pex and even added valves to better control the water flow throughout our house. Nice guys, affordable, explained anything well, did great work. We’ll use them again for sure!

Great experience from start to finish. Myles and team were responsive, prompt, thoughtful and clean. We had a few jobs done while they were here and we are happy with the result on all of them. The guys also noticed a few small things that they just took care of without me asking. On top of all that, the pricing was very fair.
