Town of Islip Assessor Office

I have been to the assessor's office several times for various issues. The staff is always pleasant and has helped me with everything that I need patiently and efficiently. I've never had to wait long or suffer an unpleasant experience. In fact, they have always been friendly and helpful.

The personnel are very professional,and are very knowable.they explains any that you don't understand.they were very helpful and polite.thank you ladies

They did a disaster with my papers in this place!! that I had to pay $5000 more for the taxes of my house..because they misplaced all the papers… I am a disable lady.. Jesus!!

One of the lady's had a bit of an addittude...

I called today to ask a few questions and the woman on the phone was extremely nasty and hung up on me. I called back because I wanted to ask her name but was told I didn't speak to anyone there (haha).. its very sad that our tax payer dollars fund these nasty people who clearly don't want to do their job. Ugh, do better.

The customer service is rude, and they are really rude and will not help you at all.

Take them to court! They lie just so they can come into your house! Disgusting this is Suffolk county
