I always have such a wonderful shopping day at my Sephora store. All the beauty advisers are so helpful and they get me in trouble sometimes for buying more than what I come in for... but I'm never disappointed!

I love buying them in the mini size, they are great for not only trying out but for traveling as well!

Had a great experience here! I remember feeling uncomfortable coming here a couple of years ago due to employees being standoffish and seemingly suspicious of everyone in the store, but things have definitely turned around. I encountered several employees who were very friendly and helped me find the perfect products & shades for my skin tone. Super happy with my purchase and overall experience.

Good quality SEPHORA store in New York. Good product selection and attentive shop assistants able to help with best options for skin type and tone.

Easy returns process too, when we returned and exchanged a product that we changed our mind on. Nothing bad to say about this store.

I went into Sephora to get my girlfriend a birthday present and I had NO IDEA what I was gonna get. Nix was incredibly helpful and spent time helping me pick out the perfect perfume. She loves it and wears it daily. Nix is an excellent addition to your team

Emily was such a big help! She helped my mom pick out a concealer, and foundation that fit her needs perfectly. Spent time with her to find her perfect shade and helped me select a great everyday primer and a mascara that is clean and will hold a curl. She was so patient, and answered all our questions, sweet, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. Felt like shopping with a friend, not just being assisted by an employee.

Cannot thank Nyxx enough for helping me out to buy the correct things when my girlfriend sent me to pick up a few things for her. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped me dodge a bullet by buying the wrong things.

I went in looking for a foundation and Ashley was extremely helpful and patient with me. She took her time swatching multiple foundation shades from different brands to try and find me the perfect shade and that would work well with my oily skin. Big thank you to her and her coworker with the purple hair, unfortunately I don’t know her name but they were both so sweet and knowledgeable!

Catlin was FANTASTIC!! She was the best in helping me get everything I needed. She was patient and understanding of my low budget range I wanted to stay in! She gave great advice on makeup application and skincare and just really seemed to have a great understanding of what she was doing! If you go here, you want her to help you! Very very grateful!! xxxxx

WOW. The people who work here are fantastic. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure my needs were met. They wear their masks properly and are diligent about cleaning. Do them a favor and wear your mask properly in return! Meaning covering your mouth AND nose. :)

Took my granddaughter shopping for a lip gloss and Emily was extremely helpful. She even recommended makeup for me as well.I like that they have a large selection to choose from. And they give great samples as well.

So I had initially left a salty review, I had a Karen moment, even though I had legit reasons for it, I am starting to see it’s also the company’s who make customers feel so invalidated that they only do something when they complain to the internet, it’s not a healthy situation. I said this on my original review (I erased it) but most of my issues had to do with the company not the store, these are issues Sephora has had for some time, they do have an archaic return policy... especially in these times, but nonetheless my experience today was truly great and maybe the best experience I’ve had in Sephora ever, the store manager reached out to me and we came to a resolution that I felt was more than fair. Kerri (the manager) was so kind and helpful and everyone who was there today helped with everything I needed and offered alternatives to things they didn’t have or offered to order it online. I really would like to get my brows done there sometime soon bc the girl there who does brows was really knowledgeable. I just want to end this with another thing... a big issue from last time was the constantly being asked for help (the biggest deterrent to theft is customer service) , while today I was being asked for help frequently it wasn’t to the point where I felt like I was being badgered and it was when I actually needed it, I didn’t feel like I was being treated like I was about to bag a Gucci fragrance is what I’m saying. I’m pretty sure I’m getting Sephora gift cards for my bday so I’ll be back soon. Thanks to Kerri and the rest of the crew there today!!!

Manny at the Sephora smith haven mall was so helpful, I did not feel rushed, pressured and manny gave me so many suggestions and asked a lot of questions. Every time I go to other Sephoras I feel like I’m rushed because it’s always packed inside. This time manny looked things up and asked coworkers it was awesome. I will be back again because of manny.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I totally know zilch about makeup and the staff put me at ease. I felt like I was being consulted and never pressured to purchase. The samples they give will make you trust your decision because you have had a chance to try the product first.

Great and friendly staff!! I was trying to maintain the 6ft social distance at the line,but the couple behind me was so close to me, so I kindly ask them if they can back up just a bit, but they got really mad and kept verbal abuse me, so I ask the staff for help, they helped me out with the situation and was very understanding.

I am an avid customer at the Sephora location at Smithhaven since high school and always have a good time there. The staff in general are very friendly and knowledgeable. Cynthia did a 15 minute facial on me yesterday and was extremely friendly, lovely, and helpful in terms of my skincare inquiries. I had a wonderful time and my skin felt great.

I visited this location on 11/3 and had a makeover by Imani from which I couldn't be happier. She treated me with the utmost respect and care, which is sadly not always common being transgender. She was very thorough and explained all of her steps and what she was using on me as she went. I was there for much longer then the listed 45 minutes that Sephora advertises for a makeover, at no time did I feel like she was rushing to finish up. Will definitely be returning for makeup here for all of my major events. Thank you so much for making me feel as wonderful as you did.
