Dang BBQ

I had a fantastic experience at this BBQ spot! Our waiter, John, was excellent—attentive and friendly. The portions were incredibly generous, and the food arrived piping hot. The drinks were strong and delicious. Overall, I left very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place. A solid 10/10!

Dang BBQ is the place to go on Long Island if you are looking for great homemade style BBQ and all the side to go with BBQ. Great BBQ and family friendly atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Yesterday was our 2nd time going to Dang Bbq and it was great. Our server Mechele was amazing and remembered us from a few weeks before. We both got 3 little pigs (smoked sausage, pulled bbq pork and half rack of ribs). I got Mac and cheese and coleslaw for sides which was really good. For app we got the pulled pork and bacon jam empanadas. Love the free fresh potato chips. Mechele was great with letting us know what is good on the menu and she is very funny.

What a great find. Have been meaning to come here for a while and finally made it in. First, Claire our server/greeter was so friendly and welcoming, she had a great way about her. The manager behind the bar was really friendly as well.

I loved the juicy brisket platter and my niece had some amazing looking burrito with brisket in it. The sides were homemade and delicious. This place was awesome!! Much better than Smokin Al's.
There are a lot of cool looking things on the menu I want to go back and try!

I had a really great meal here with my friends. Everything we had was delicious. I got a chopped brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries. The brisket was tender and moist. It was cooked to perfection. We also had cheddar cornbread, salads, creamy spinach and chicken. The server was really good. There was ample seating indoors and outdoors as well for a smaller business. Wheelchair accessible and half a block away from the Islip train station.

Dang is one of my favorite restaurants on LI. Great atmosphere, service is awesome, reasonable prices and the food is insanely good. The Alabama White boneless wings are my favorite thing I’ve tried so far but everything pictured here is delicious. I love that you can make your own milkshake by combining flavors so I did a peanut butter banana shake - SO YUMMY. The only negative thing I can say is that it makes me want to eat so much to the point of feeling sick - which is a compliment. If you’re on the fence, this is your sign to go here!!!

We were in LI for a few soccer games. This spot came up in our restaurant search and we were not disappointed. The brisket was delicious. Coleslaw was on point rivals KFC's Coleslaw (Coleslaw lovers know what I'm talking about).

The wings were smoked and delicious 😋 .

Just had a great meal with my family at the seaford location. The food is amazing if your into the best BBQ food in Nassau County. Also want to give a shout out to Nicole who was our amazing waitress. Boy did she make my son a happy camper with those pickles 😆 oh man it’s going to take me days to work off that amazing smoked brisket!

Dang! That was good! We had the family which is a combination of ribs, pulled pork, brisket, chicken, 4 sides and 6 cornbread. The best bang for your buck! Highly recommended if you’re in Islip area!

Authentic bbq in a casual but nice setting. All the usual bbq favorites like beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken. They have a wide variety of in house sauces which adds to the flavor. Definitely worth checking out.

We got the family dinner for 4 and it was HUGE!!! We were full took home over half of the meal and yes...there were 3 adults and 1 Kid. Great food and they have so many sauces on the table for you to try. We did het the fried pickles and they were perfectly spiced as well. Definitely will be back.

I live down the road from here so we get it to go. 3 weeks ago my husband I both got the ribs. OMG best ribs I ever had! Tonight I had the jurassic pork and it lwas loaded with pulled pork. beans.bacon and Mac and cheese. Very filling. Husband had the smoke house lasagna also filling. Food is very good and if you like BBQ check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered through Grubhub and the food is delicious. Best collard greens side dish. I'll definitely order from them again.

What a great job by the crew at Dang, catering our party at our home. Pig roast, Barbecue and assorted other excellent dishes. The services was great the food was plentiful and unbelievable tasty. I would highly recommend them to anybody To cater their barbecue.

Went for a very late lunch, fantastic BBQ, we ordered too much and probably have enough leftovers for another meal tomorrow! Great service, friendly place

Awesome neighborhood BBQ spot. Upon arrival you can smell the food cooking! The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They have a outstanding beer menu and the draft beers were ice cold. I sampled the chopped brisket sandwich and was not disappointed at all! If you like BBQ you will LOVE this place!!

I ordered something interesting just to be different but BBQ burritos aren't my thing. With that said, it was still delicious enough for me to bring it home and eat it later. Just wouldn't order it again. Definitely try other dishes. Place has good seating, great brews and good atmosphere. Service can be slow but that doesn't take away from the food. Verdict is I'd go again.

Food was amazing, would recommend getting the "new school" twists on traditional BBQ for the best experience. "Jurassic Pork" "Big Bad Wolf's Revenge" any Mac and cheese with smoked meat is amazing. Save room for dessert because their milkshakes are great and picture worthy. Great atmosphere and experience overall.

We had Jake on Saturday evening. He was awesome. So knowledgeable and personable. We had alot of fun. He made the experience over the top. We will be back.
