Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Graciely Morales was a wonderful associate who patiently answered all of my questions about opening an account with BOA. I will continue to proceed to her whenever I have anymore further questions. Overall my experience went very well and straightforward.

On Friday October 13th, 2023, we stopped by to add a member to the business account as well as to open a personal checking account for that individual and to send an international wire transfer.

Mr. Joshua Ramirez patiently processed everything and was extremely patient, kind, polite and helpful throughout the process which took a little longer than the their closing time.

I find staff knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful, especially Stephan who is always polite and greets you by name and as a friend.

I had an amazing experience here today. I was greeted right away by Joseph (manager) and he was super friendly and informative. He checked in with me right away and told me to take a seat (it was busy) but to my surprise I didn’t even wait 2 minutes. He then walked me over and introduced me to Shana and he explained in brief words my needs. Shana took care of me fast but she did not rush me at all. She was super informative, sweet and professional. They are even helping me towards the best credit I can have. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for taking my time into consideration. The bank also smelled really good. Before I left Jospeh made sure I was happy and I was. Thank you again!
