CVS

Had to get an emergency COVID prescription at 11pm. #1, the store had a lot of customers, but it also had maybe 12 employees all of whom were working. #2, everyone, from the pharmacy to the front desk, was NOT rude, & highly efficient & very pleasant. #3, I had waited on the phone for about 20 minutes to check with the pharmacy & when my call was received, Christy was exceptionally fast, efficient, but most of all, helpful. She didn't have the patient's insurance info on but since it was COVID related, they were able to cover it through government plans. They could have easily blown us off. But they didn't.

#4, I showed up within an hour & just like I was told, the medication was ready. It took 2 minutes between the time I got on the line, for the cashier to get it, and for me to pay.

There wasn't even a slight instance of incompetence, inconvenience, inefficiency, rudeness, NOTHING of the sort. For them to be the ONLY 24 hour pharmacy in a 10 mile radius, I was in and out from both the pharmacy & store. I took longer to find other items I needed than to receive service.

Store was spotless & being restocked.

It looks as though the one star reviews are for people used to immediate gratification.

None of what has been said about this CVS was true. In fact, the other four people that were at the pharmacy section also said their service was outstanding.

Every time I call, they pick up and we I go into the store they
are so pleasant. The pharmacy is amazing every team member.

June was very helpful and even signed me up for a new program in store! She was very patient and her customer service was 10/10 !! thank you so much for your help today!

Greatest Convince - 24 hours 😎👍 it's gets five stars for that availability. .... I get notified when my medication is ready for pick up and the staff is very friendly and willing to help. I have been a customer for years and will continue to do so. I like the follow-up through the text. The general store is always accessible as well.

The pharmacist, Gabby, helped me today was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my script filled. I had to get it transferred from a Walgreens that didn't have it, but then tried to put it through my insurance without telling me that it needed to be ordered. I needed it within the hour. CVS had it in stock and couldn't get in touch with Walgreens so she called my doctor's office and I was able to get the script fast! Awesome service!

I received my booster shot yesterday at the CVS in Deer Park on Deer Park Ave. and I think they are rated one of the best the woman that administered the booster shot was awesome and informative I think they are great people over there can’t say enough about them!

Mahmoud, pharmacist is the best.
He is so competent, and helpful.
Cannot thank him more.

I love it bc it's open 24hrs. The employees are always nice and helpful. I'm always looking for ways to save and cvs makes it easy, whether they find the best price or take the time to put in the Good RX coupon I found lol it does get busy but I know to go after 8pm! Highly recommend this CVS.
