Atlantic Honda Service

The whole service team here is great. I never have an issue, service is always completed in time, and updates are given to me throughout the service.

Best experience ever! I thought I was going to be in service for a long time but my advisor Anthony was great.

I am please to say that Atlantic Honda is exceptional. Anthony from the service department and Carlos from the sales department are two individuals that work towards providing excellent customer service. The professionalism displayed is what contributes to maintaining a long lasting relationship. Carlos helped with purchasing my new vehicle and Anthony along side others in services is sure to execute beyond what their job intel's. Thank you once again.

This Honda Service dept is so good. It is clean and the people are friendly. I have been to Honda Of Valley Stream Service Dept and hate it there. This place is a million times better. I drive about 40 minutes to get there. I could go to 2 or 3 other Honda dealerships that are closer but I love the service I get at Atlantic Honda. I highly recommend it. Anthony is a great service advisor.

Always a great experience when I have my cars serviced here. I work with Jessie usually but if she isn't there Christine and the others are good too. I've been going to this dealership for 6 years now and there always friendly and helpful.

I had been contacted about getting an oil change and made an appointment. There was also a problem with the tire pressure, so I asked them to check it out.Everyone through the whole process was really nice and friendly. The waiting room is comfortable with plenty of room. I was told one tire had nails in it and had to be replaced. It was covered under the warranty. The mechanic suggested buying another tire so they'd be balanced, and I totally agreed. I may have been there 2 hours and everything was taken care of.

Anthony and the rest of the Atlantic Honda service team were friendly and professional. They were able to resolve my issue quickly and even found that it was covered under warrantee, which saved me over $2000. Overall a very positive experience. They have earned a loyal customer.

Highly satisfied with the service provided. I came here for a second opinion after it seem like the dealership near me was trying to scam me. Great experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very forthright with the prices and gives you the best options. Don't try to twist numbers or options to benefit them better. The whole financing part of the purchase took a bit longer than we expected, but overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get another vehicle 🙂

I had a small but annoying issue with my tail gate on my ridge line.

Giy from parts department wanted to take a look to see what parts or order .

He was able to fix it without ordering parts. Just had to snap it back into place.

Save me a lot of time and aggregation of having to come back.

UPDATE.....

As the pandemic lingers on... There are fewer and fewer new cars available from most car dealerships. That means people are keeping their cars longer which stresses the service department. Throw in a recall or two and the waits get longer.

The waiting room is very noisy with no remote to change the channels on the TV that is blaring a show that Noone is watching.

UPDATE - - - AUGUST 9, 2022

They fixed the problem with my Ridgeline cover. It was under warranty...so all went well.

Guys...PLEASE redesign your waiting room. Too many TVs that are all on different channels. Everyone now has a cell phone. It is insanely noisy. Perhaps a few desks abd or tables for paperwork instead of the current layout.

Service was polite and professional.

I had changed two head\lights on my 2017 Accord Touring/Hybrid as both of the L.E.D. daytime running light faded away and finally turned off completely. As i went to the dealer they have helped me out by informing me that this issue was covered through the extended warranty. They went ahead and replaced both headlights and made the entire process pleasurable for me. Later on I found out that my Auto-High beam light on the cluster was not turning on automatically. I spoke with a service manager by the name of Liz, as she just told me to show up at any moment that she will be the one to attend to this personally. Then she said she would call me back in about two hours and called back exactly at the time that she said. She also took the time to thoroughly explain to me about how the system actually works by bring in one of the technicians to teach how the auto-high beam light works. Thank you Lizzzz!

Service area is nice. Complementary car wash and coffee is worth the wait.

Friendly service and repair done rite. I always bring my Accord coupe there for service. I trust the service manager Liz and Jesse, along with the service team.they are always honest and timely, I do recommend 👍

Beautiful service explain everything to me waiting time was very short compare to millennium Honda. My next service I will have a lot to be done I hope I will be able to get a loaner next time.
