Aaron Johnson is an outstanding salesperson. He is my goto person. He is diligent, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Our salesman David was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He made sure that we were informed about all of the different appliances we were purchasing and was able to give us a bundle. We appreciated his patience in working with us and his attention throughout our multiple visits to compare appliances and features for yhe best possible deal.

I had the best online experience working with a sales rep from the Bay Shore NY store. Her name is Jane. She was so incredibly helpful. She walked me through the entire sales and delivery set up process via chat. She was amazing and things went so smoothly. I am so grateful for all of her assistance. Matt and Jarriel are an awesome team at the Bay Shore PC Richards. We came in on short notice with a long list. So many items were in stock and available, and Matt was so knowledgeable and guided us in the right direction that we left happy and satisfied customers!

Got a great TV for a great price at PC Richards in Bayshore thanks to Jane an awesome sales person. She took the time to describe the differences between different makes and models, as well as the technical reasons for price differences. With her help I was able to get exactly what I wanted and saved a bundle. She also made all the arrangements for me to pick up the TV local to where I live in Farmingdale. Jane's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy and service is unbeatable!

Hello! I wanted to stop by today to inform you all about a pleasant experience I had at this store. I was assisted by the very pleasant Jane who was both very welcoming and also informative regarding the question I had about an Apple laptop. It’s been a long time since I last purchased a laptop and I’m not super technologically savvy. Thankful Jane was able to walk me through any questions I had in regards to this product! Picked up a new all in one PC today. In and out in 15 minutes. Matt was great, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. District Manager Anthony and store manager Imran were also in the store and equally as nice and helpful.

I’m honestly blown away by the customer service I have received. My washer suddenly stopped working and with 4 children, this became a nightmare. I was introduced to Imran, who guided me through the whole process. I was looking to purchase a new washer because I was just too frustrated. Imran did some research for me and found that my warranty had not yet expired. A repair team was sent to my house and upon realizing that the problem was just too much, Imran took over and was able to get me a brand new machine! Unfortunately, the machine I wanted was out of stock but knowing that I needed a machine as soon as possible, Imran was able to find me the next closest model. Imran set the delivery up but I then came across delivery issues since my work schedule didn’t coincide with the delivery schedule. A week after purchase, and still not being able to get my new machine, I had reached out to Imran who immediately got in contact with his delivery team. He got me my washer that night!!
The delivery team was also fantastic. They noticed some of my washing set up was old and corroded and they took the time to replace all of my water hoses and other parts.
I can’t thank Imran enough for this experience. Give this man a raise! Because of him, I will continue doing business with this establishment for all of my future needs. Thank you thank you!!!
