My personal experience with Atlantic Honda has been nothing but Exceptional! When I first called in frantically about my dads vehicle with an issue, I was able to get an appointment immediately with a loaner (which was absolutely amazing) and I was in and out after I dropped off the vehicle. Kris my service advisor was wonderful, kept me in the loop about the issues and what was needed to be done. The day I went to pick up the vehicle, Jess was there to make sure there wasn’t any problems when starting up but the issue was still there. Jess told me the Forman will take a deeper look and discovered there was an electrical issue. They literally went above and beyond to make sure my dad’s car was up to par with no issues especially since I had addressed to them, his safety is my concern. Honestly they were very courteous and efficient and thank you for getting this issue resolved and my dad is very happy driving his own car again. 😊

What a positive car buying experience! My sales professional, Taj, was very patient with my endless questions. He had amazing knowledge and was committed to getting me in my dream car although it was a little out of reach for me. My experience with Atlantic Honda was extremely exceptional. Clyde was committed in getting me the car I wanted despite the challenge. He even went as far as to ensured that I got the car at an affordable price. I had given up on getting a car but Clyde had demonstrated that Atlantic Honda will will make it works for you. The process was fast and seamless. Mike also dealt with me throughout the process. He was warm and welcoming. Fast, easy, painless. The whole sale went well, largely from dealing with the Honda rep Mike Lajara throughout the entire process. A++

VERY crowded on this Saturday yet it was a very calm place. No place to sit (felt like i was at the airport with a delayed flight ) yet I finished my Wordle and my crossword. Too crowded for a car wash so I just left. As I read this, it sounds like a horrible experience yet it was fine. David was very pleasant and gracious.

I had to buy a car due to an uninsured driver crashing into my parked Honda CRV! I called around to get prices, and they were about the same in all the dealerships, above market value. Atlantic Honda told me that their price included the destination fee, so I went there. I worked with Joey, who was professional, kind, and funny. He got me through a 2 hour nightmare with my insurance company, and got me out the door in a new CRV that day! It was a very positive experience! Everyone that I dealt with at Atlantic was friendly and helpful! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back and purchase another vehicle in the future.

Had a great experience with Dave in Service! We brought in our car for an oil change, but wanted to have the brakes inspected because we felt a tremble when driving on the highway. Dave confirmed the front rotors and brakes needed to be replaced. Our car now drives as it should, with no tremble when on the highway. Thank you Dave

I had a great experience with Honda with my recent service. My service personnel was David Schweitzer and he was great. As soon as I exited my car and saw his smile when I walked through the door I knew I was in good hands. He has assisted me before and is always very kind and knowledgeable. I know we can't always have the same service person but I seek him out each time because I know I will get honest answers and will be assured of any of my concerns. Thank you David for making my visit effortless and worry-free. I truly appreciate you.

They were a great dealership to work with. All the paperwork is easy everybody was professional, took their time, answered all of our questions. Of course, it is a typical dealership and it does take quite a while to get everything situated. We worked with Z, Juan, Carlos and Ron.

Only hiccup is we noticed the day after we got the car there was some scratches that the car wash did before we were handed over the car. The car is black and we didn’t see them until the next morning. They offered a free detailing to of course, fix it, since the car is brand new. We’re going next week. Even helped me find something I left in my old car that was very sentimental to me.
