The wait time at this location can get kinda long but to me the food is worth the wait. Broccoli bread bowl...drools.....the Mac and cheese is amazing too. Broccoli Mac even more amazing! Kitchen sink cookie is so good?

Very nice and helpful. Aaliyah was especially accommodating. I had to wait awhile on a large door dash order and she made sure I was comfortable and even offered me a complimentary drink while I waited since it was going to take awhile. Very satisfied.

I probably order food from here way more than I need to lol their salads are always so delicious!!! Keep in mind if you order extra chicken it's not the kind that originally comes on the salad. I got a fuji apple chicken salad with extra chicken and the chickens were two different kinds. The broccoli cheddar soup is my favorite. The soup does liquidfy after it gets cold so you'll want to eat it while it's warm and still chunky. Tried two new soups. The tomatoe soup and the corn chowder. The tomatoe soup was delicious. It honestly kind of had a marinara taste to it. The corn chowder was okay. Also tried a new tea, new for me at least. It's the passionfruit green tea. It was a very light and refreshing addition to my meal. Definitely recommend this place. Always very friendly and professional staff. Never have to wait super long when doing curbside pick up.

This was a very nice visit. The cashier was being trained and did very well. I tried a new sandwich and enjoyed it. My guest liked his lunch, too.

Ordered food for work and it was not delivered like we ordered. Called to ask for a replacement and they said yes. Manager was very nice and apologetic and even gave us a $15 voucher for a future order. It's not easy dealing with the public these days but the manager had a great attitude and went above and beyond!! Thank you!!

Ate lunch here today. Everyone working was so happy and friendly. The food was prepared quickly and was delicious. I had a modified deli turkey sandwich with cheddar broccoli soup.

Mikee the baker was just so sweet to my kiddos. Excellent customer service and good. We will definitely be back.

Had a really great experience today. Ordered online and picked up in the store. The black lady who was checking orders took her job seriously by asking the employees who prepared the meals by validating ingredients and items on the order. She was very polite with the customers and handed each order to customers with care with a smile. As I was walking out, another young black employee who was wiping down tables stopped what she was doing and told me have a great day before I left the restaurant. I have to say, I was very impressed with the customer service. The food was good. I ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala Soup and Greek salad. I will be coming back to this store.

Food was, as always, so delicious! The service was exceptional. The only less than perfect thing was the prices. It was a slight shock to pay thirteen dollars for a sandwich. At least the sandwich was delicious and enormous

This is my go-to Panera. Good management here. James is an effective and hard-working manager and Kendra is great with making you feel appreciated and is a light to everyone. Keep up the good work 🙏

There drinks are delicious 🤤 and there sandwiches are amazing. P.s. if you take a sandwich to go, the wrapping paper is compostable

I come here every other day, coffee is good, your WiFi is so fast, it's pretty cold inside but I imagine it's on purpose, health reasons so bring a jacket, staff is nice. Bathrooms are hit or miss so be prepared. Outdoor seating is a nice touch, food is normally good, only one time pizza was not cooked properly but I did order super early so not their fault, probably wasn't ready, it's nice to see so many people gather to meet up.

They're a little expensive but absolutely delicious. I like the freshness of their ingredients. My favorite dish is the brocolli soup. I could eat that all day! They also do well with their fresh fruits.
Service is good too. The gentleman that helped me bring my plates to our table was fantastic & very interactive & engaged with customers.

Here's the thing, this place is great. The woman who greeted us coming in was a delight, and very funny. It was late and they were out of the bread for the sandwich I'd ordered, but replaced it with something entirely different (at my request) and it was even BETTER! Great job Panera Bread employees!!

We were serve by Isabella (according to our receipt). I tried their hot tea and a bear claw. Both were delicious.

Very friendly and always welcomed upon entrance.

The tablet I used froze up on me right as I was about to check out my very large order. With 6 items and several customizations that took about 10 min. But staff redirected me to the register and patiently took my challenging order and got everything right. Even got free cookies in the end! Everyone was positive, welcoming and quick to make things right. It's also a perfect place to keep cool, bring a book or laptop and chill.
