The Cheesecake Factory

I had an amazing experience dining at cheese cake! My server Nell was really good at her job being patient and very personable to the right extent making everyone feel comfortable and welcomes. This is what customer service should always be like! SHE NEEDA RAISE.

We came mid-week because the weekends are always extremely busy here. Very short wait and had a chance to peruse the selection of cheesecake slices. 😋 I love the chicken bellagio and was not disappointed the pasta in a creamy pesto is very tasty. The vegan Cobb salad is huge! Superb service. Highly recommend going during the week for a relaxing experience.

We ordered through online menu and had to make a pit stop before picking up our food so we used the delay time feature and it was ready as planned.
We also love dining in there and the service is always friendly. There’s many different dishes to choose from and my orders are very tasty. My wife likes to substitute on her orders and they accommodate her requests. It can get a little loud when the place gets packed so we try to ask for a quieter table when possible.

We enjoyed our late lunch/early dinner today. We only waited about 2 minutes to be seated. We had two servers, as one came halfway through our time and said the first was covering him while he was on lunch. The appetizer took a little long to come out, but that's OK. It was piping hot and delicious. Our salads were the lunch portion and we still took them home. They were plated on cold plates which make all the difference when serving cold food. The salads were absolutely delicious as well. The bathroom could've used a cleaning, as there was water all over the counter, the garbage was filled, and urine on the seats. Otherwise the restaurant was clean and maintained. We ordered 5 cheesecake slices to go. I had a free one for my birthday and we had a $25 gift card to use. Our server made it very easy to do both. We would definitely return to this location.

One of my son had dental surgery and so his cousins came to visit him - when it was time for dinner, what is the one place that you can think of that has such an extensive menu that can please everyone - you guessed it right - The Cheesecake Factory!!

We ordered a few dishes and desserts - our family favorite is usually - Louisiana Chicken, Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and my all time go to is usually " Santa Fe salad" - I don't know what it is but the sauces usually bring back wonderful childhood memories!!

The discussion on the dinner table was about the portion sizes which we all thought were smaller than when we order for dine-in - or it is just the way the food is presented in the restaurant vs packed in plastic containers for take out.. anyone else notice this ... Do let me know in the comments!!

The name of this place could be misleading, especially for a first-time visitor. One would have thought that the name "The Cheesecake Factory" would specialize in Cheesecakes, but they will be in for a very rude awaking eventually after realizing their vast menu of many very well prepared and delicious dishes. WoW! And the staff was just excellent, I might add. The ambience of the restaurant itself was also great, not withstanding the physical structure of the building of which the factory is located was just ideal. Visits can be rewarding to one's self, I might add.

Excellent service. Was originally told we had a 20 minute wait to be seated and it ended up being about 10 minutes. I had the Georgia Peach drink for the first time and ended up having a second round. The second taster even better than the first! The food was good. The service was great. The ambiance was on point. I will be returning soon.

Great first time experience, the dish I originally ordered was not so great, my taste buds were not having it, the chrispy pineapple chicken and shrimp. I was given the option to order something else at no extra charge! The spicy Jamaican black pepper shrimp I think it's called. Will definitely be returning loved the server, the ambiance and everything.

Everything was wonderful. The waitress was sweet . Food is incredible as always . I love going to the Cheesecake Factory at the Smithaven Mall in Lake Grove. My only complaint is that we waited way too long to be seated. And we went there on a Tuesday thinking there wouldn't have been any waiting.

My experience this time at the factory was a bit different this time. We asked for a booth and they sat my wife and I at the small tables which do not hold more then 2 plates. Felt like half a booth and im not the smallest dude. My waitress Shawna was mediocre although it was a Saturday afternoon right before dinner rush. I personally feel like after the covid pandemic (not that it's gone) people have really gotten back to being there old selves again when it comes to customer service. Kinda missing those days when you would feel the cleanliness just from the way we carried ourselves. Now it's sticky tables again dirty silverware and less caring customer service. Our food was good thank god. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and cheeseburger egg rolls as our appetizers. Super delicious like always especially with the sauces they come with. Wifey had a virgin margarita which she could have sworn there was liquor in it but there wasnt lol I had a long island. The tequila in that drink was spot on. One of the best ones I've had in a while. Our entree was the Carne asada with the spicy sauce on the side. That was delicious aswell. The pictures you see are old but we kept it the same so no need to take new ones till next time I try a different plate. We still love this place and will continue to come here. Next time we will be a bit more selective with our seating and hope we get a better server is all. I think restaurants like these need to keep and uphold the status they created during the pandemic. Always cleaning properly, being more caring and attentive to the patrons and even though the job is not always great always keep a smile and positive energy. Like they say "keep that same energy " should apply always. We will be back again see you soon

Excellent Service. Great Food with reasonable price. Sometimes it takes more than 30 minutes to be seated for dining in during the meal time, but it was worth the wait :) Our best picks were carbonara pasta, steak diane, and pan pizza! OH for the dessert, Lemon meringue cake is amazing!

Had a great lunch experience here. The food was great, especially the fish and chips. The only thing I would improve is the time it takes for the waitor to ask you, "If everything is ok, do you need anything else?" I kind of waited for a long time to get a refill on my drink because the waiter didn't check on us often. Other than that, all great things to say about the Cheesecake Factory.

Can't beat the appetizers & coctails! Entrées are great too. A fun upscale casual atmosphere a eating experience. I've been dining Cheesecake Factory for years, all their locations in my experiences have been constant.

Went for brunch.Food was phenomenal. Service was outstanding. Excellent and fair prices. Definitely going back for those lemon and berry ricotta pancakes.

The best cheese cake that I ever tasted! Particularly, my favourite is the Godiva cheese cake!

We skipped the table seating and went straight to the bar counter and had our dinner there. The service was very good. We didnt feel rushed to free up our seats. We watched the hockey game on tv amd enjoyed our drink with our dinner...cheesecake? Took it to go because we were so full! Overall, great experience. Staff was friendly amd professional.

We come here every year now and this place is still amazing. Best customer service and the food is always delicious and they give a lot of food.... One of the best restaurant ever !!

I love going here with my best friend at least once every few months. I think the best servers here are Daniel Asian young guy) and Naja (African American young woman) they are A1 and make the expirence here truly a wonderful time. The chefs here are top notch it is AMAZING how when I come the food alawys tastes exactly how I expect it to and more!

If you want to have dinner at the bar it also is a fun time. Just be sure you have enough space.

Food was delicious, and the service was good. Our server Joe took excellent care of our special education students. He was patient and caring.

Very good service and food. Strongly suggest you order mains from the lighter menu to leave room for cheesecake. Excellent selection.
