The day a went. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable on courtois and VERY VERY HELPFUL. I am never disappointed when I shop there.... and my daughter looks fabulous in her pink Reebok classics. Thnx 😍

Went in for an exchange and the manager was beyond rude and disrespectful, and from reading all the other reviews it looks like journeys doesn’t do anything to correct the problem. Do better!

those people should not be working there at all they literally stare at you and are so rude to everyone the manager is disrespectful the way she talks to little kids is insane she should be fired.

waited for like ten minutes before i was helped & there were no other customers in the store- terrible experience lol

The sales associate called me lazy and said that I looked like a lazy person and tried selling me what they called lazy people shoes... I love journeys as a company but this was a very bad experience.. this location needs proper training on customer-service .
