I'm not sure where to start, however I dealt with Kenny. He was beyond helpful, beyond polite, exceptionally professional, we were on the phone for about an hour-and-a-half roughly. Best insurance experience I have ever had, he took the time to shop me an exceptional rate, I am out-of-this-world happy. Words could not explain my gratitude, for the effort he put into, getting me a good policy. I love this place, best insurance prices I've ever got. Alicia is an absolute god send , she worked with getting me the best policy that suited my needs. So happy with the service that she provided that I forgot I was married and offered my hand in marriage to her lol.
Overall this place is great , the service and communication from the staff is beyond excellent. I highly recommend to anyone looking for great insurance rates to definitely walk in or give them a call you wont be disappointed.

Excellent Customer Service & Great office experience. The Islip Lighthouse location is such a pleasure to deal with, all the customer service reps and insurance brokers are so helpful. The office is so clean and organized, newly renovated such a warm welcoming. More then enough adequate seating & waiting area for clients. Not sure if the prior review on this was even speaking about the Islip branch, but I did not see any solicitations for cleaning services advertisements. They have been processing all my insurance needs for several years. Very professional and fulfill my customer service requests 100%! Great office.

Katey is the most wonderful and helpful person I ever met .she took care of all my insurance issues .I also did my defensive drivers call with her too. Saved me 10 percent on insurance. .
