Rick thoroughly does his own research to price the house “Wright” for it to sell immediately without sitting on the market too long and having to drop the price just to bring the buyers in. With the recent experience, the home appraisal came in less. Rick worked hard to get both the bank, the home appraisal company the buyers’ agent and the buyers to agree to the listed price. In the end, the buyers agreed to purchase at the price that was originally listed.

Rick has a ton of knowledge and connections in the industry. He would research a property before showing it to us to make sure we could put a pool in the backyard which was a dealbreaker for me. He knows based on the circumstances exactly how to tailor an offer for your best chances and legitimately got upset when we did not get a house we bid on (multiple offers, house went $50k over asking. Nothing we could have done differently). Rick was going to be away for a few days so he partnered with another realtor to make sure we could go see properties while he was away, a true professional with the clients’ needs always coming first. We would highly recommend Rick, as he was highly recommended to us by 2 different friends who had worked with him previously.
