Dr. Cohn is a brilliant and kind doctor. He makes you feel so comfortable and takes his time answering any questions as well as explaining a treatment plan. The staff at the office is top notch! And everything runs smoothly and on time! Thank you to Dr. Cohn and staff. You guys are truly rare gems in the medical world.

I had my left knee replaced and was impatient on the healing process …but after 1 year, as Dr Cohn told me , it would be fine , and it is!
He is a very patient/kind guy …..! He’ll answer your questions/concerns …..

My first visit here was exceptional. I'm 'interviewing' different surgeons for upcoming surgery. I was very pleased with EVERY staff member I interacted with. Dr. Cohn explained the procedure to me, and later (after xrays and additional health information requested by staff), he came back to answer any additional questions I had. I have decided he will be my surgeon. Very professional staff, entire visit comprehensive, yet I was done in about an hour.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Cohn office. I was referred by by primary doctor. His office works like a well oiled machine. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The doctor met with me and interviewed me regarding my overall health care history. He explained what he was intending to do. After a few checks regarding my health visit I was later sent for therapy. Okay, I'm impressed with the service and care that he provides. After the first therapy session, doc reexamine me before leaving and wanted to make sure that I was feeling better. He even provided a emergency contact if I needed to contact him. I'm looking forward to working with him and the team to regain my health.

I have been being treated by Dr.Cohn for my knee. I am extremely happy with his practice, from the ease of making an appointment to the treatment plan he has implemented. He takes his time with you and explains everything thoroughly. He and his staff are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr.Cohn is outstanding. The staffing is beyond my expectations. Everyone is there to help in every way possible. Dr.Cohn takes time to listen to what you have to say. Never in a rush, very patient. My time of my appointment was 1:15 today 2/21, after the initial paperwork followed immediately with an X-ray I returned to the waiting room only to wait until 2:15 to be called back to see the doctor. I saw the doctor at 2:45,

This was very unusual. I have been a patient since 2005, and have never experienced this.
However, Dr Cohn is through, patient and addresses all concerns.

I will continue to be a patient and highly recommend him for orthopedic care.

I was referred to see Dr Cohn by a friend who said the Dr and staff gave exemplatory service. Boy was she right!!
I called the office today, because I was told I fractured my knee and couldn’t get an MRI for 10 days.. I was amazed as a new patient how committed they were in assisting me and informing the Doctor. The women that assisted me, got an apt for that day at 12. I was greeted by the staff and the person on the phone recognized my voice and offered to take care of me and offered me a wheelchair. The staff clearly works well together as a team. I was sent across the hall to get X-rays, which I was taken right in with equally impressive staff and was out in less than 10 minutes. Dr. Cohn and assistant took their time with me, no rush and really got to know my history. Verdict: torn meniscus ( NO fracture)and an MRI the next day, which staff scheduled and talk to insurance before I left!! This is a doctors office that really cares about their patients and clearly everyone I interacted with was interested in me being talking care of. Thank you for accepting me as a new patient and giving me such great service. Your reputation preceded you, but it didn't do you justice. My friend was right you are simply amazing!!

I have worked with and known Dr. Bruce Cohn professionally and personally for over 20 years now. He has treated many of my family members and I have referred patients to him regularly. I had the pleasure of learning from Dr. Brahms and Dr. Leb years ago as well. They are all quality people who are extremely knowledgeable and skilled medical professionals that also truly care about their patients’ recovery and well being. I have been under the care of Doctor Cohn for more than 5 years. He totally replaced two of my knees and has been following me closely throughout my recuperation. Fabulous physical therapists and a practice dedicated to patient needs. I was in a lot of pain when I called for an appointment and was seen by Dr. Cohn almost immediately. After an injection and two weeks of physical therapy I am nearly pain free. I have two more weeks of P.T which I believe will help me become even stronger and possibly pain free.

My husband, Mort, and I are patients of Dr. Cohn and are very pleased with the care he gives us. Dr. Cohn is kind and very caring. He is thorough and explains issues and procedures clearly and never rushes an appointment. We have been seeing him for 25 years and have never been disappointed with his care. During the time of my treatment with Dr. Cohn, it was determined that I would need a total knee replacement. There was no urgency from Dr. Cohn at all. Dr. Cohn explained how the procedure would go and to advise him when I was ready for the procedure. I had the procedure done at the beginning of February. Dr. Cohn is very passionate and caring for his patients. One of the best things that I really appreciate with Dr. Cohn's practice is it is a one stop shop. You can have a doctor appointment and a therapy appointment or even x rays and it is all completed in the same building. I would highly recommend Dr. Cohn and his staff to anyone that is looking for a orthopedic surgen. Great job to Dr. Cohn and his staff for caring for me during this procedure.

I have been a patient of Dr Cohn for some time now, he is always very attentive, pays attention to detail and he takes the time to listen to you. I recommended my father to see him for his back pain and my father survived lung cancer which would not have been detected without Dr Cohn.

I had problems with my right shoulder and lower back. Dr Cohn was referred by my PCP. He examined me and was on top of my problems from the start. He moved me into physical therapy with Maddie. Maddie was knowledgeable and very helpful. Both problem areas have improved dramatically. I highly recommend them.

My experience was awesome with Dr Cohn I left the office in a much better shape than I came. He was very easy to talk to and communicated with me very well.

Dr Cohn is incredibly kind and compassionate. He was always available to answer questions, went out of his way to stay in touch with me during my recovery. The physical therapy people were great and in the same office, and Dr Cohn stayed in close contact with them monitoring my progress. The building has a room with a wonderful woman who runs the X-ray machine and does bone density testing. It's a one stop shop and very convenient. The office staff is friendly and efficient. They monitor the moving patients to and from their scheduled destinations so there's never a long wait for anything. It's the people who make this place work so well. Everyone cares. Dr Cohn has been in practice for many years for a reason.

Dr. Bruce Cohen , did surgery on me in early Sept. 2023. It was quite successful. I'm so pleased with my outcome. I was up and doing the Chicago Steppin , in weeks. His staff is so kind , caring , helpful , thoughtful and respectful. Dr. Cohen , is by far the best doctor , I've ever had. He gets all the stars.

I had a tennis injury and was unable to stand. Was assisted to my car and immediately called Dr. Cohn who told me to come in right away. He connected me with xray, mri, PT right away. I had surgery at Brainard Medical Center and now am recovering quickly. Dr Cohn explained my injury, did not push surgery but offered it as an option, and had me talk to PT for added info. I felt very comfortable choosing the surgical option. Dr Cohn spent time with me and answered all of my questions. The PT department is second to none. Friendly, professional. Brainard Medical center will by my choice if I require any surgery in the future. Easy access. Friendly and professional staff. Each person introduced him/herself and let me know what each of them would be doing for me. I was very anxious especially about the anesthesia but fears were quickly allayed by the staff. Just a wonderful experience.
