A small strip mall with ample parking located at the intersection of Washington Ave. and Meeker St. It houses a Metro PCS phone store, a Vietnamese restaurant, a submarine sandwich shop and a Little Caesars Pizza Pizza shop along with several other small businesses. If your in the area, check it out!

Parking is pretty good usually and I come here for a huge variety of things like Pho Mau, Golden Dynasty, Cross Gate Hair Salon, Nails 3000, Mission Vet Clinic, and I really want to try the newer Guatemalan Restaurant they added! I’ve even gone to both the Little Caesar’s and Metro PCS in the past which were both great too. I’ve never had a bad experience at any of the businesses here, only great. My Mom loves the Serenity Tea store and says the owner is very personable and educational.

I use the Mission Vet and Little Caesars in this strip mall but they have a new bakery next to Mission Vet and it has some yummy baklava and other tasty treats....

Super helpful had the wrong kind of lugs for a spare tire and he actually went and looked for at least he found three of five left to hold a tire on till I could get more permanent bolts and gave them to me for free can't beat that take y'all start getting my tires there.
